A light moan escaped from Sujata's lips as she felt pain throbbing her head even after having enough sleep last night. She had been experiencing this since two days but she didn't let anyone know about it as she didn't want to trouble her family more than she already had. She thought it was probably due to increased temperature in the city these days and she hoped it would go away spontaneously on its own.

But it didn't.

She felt the pain more intensely than she did that was now interfering with her sleep. She wondered how could a headache last this long, and more so, increase like this more even when she did nothing to aggravate it?

She grunted and got up from her bed slowly. Swinging her feet down, she stood up and with the help of her walker kept besides her bed, she walked towards the kitchen to get a pain relieving medicine. But when she reached mid-way, she came across a boy who she learnt was her nephew Laksh.

"Chachi ji? You, here?" Laksh asked in confusion, "What happened? Where are you going?"

"I was going to the kitchen," she said in a slow voice due to pain.

"Kitchen? Do you need something from there? Mujhe bula liya hota!" he offered.

"Actually... my head is paining a lot. It's been two days. I thought that taking a painkiller will help," she admitted.

"Chachi ji... your head is paining since two days?! Why didn't you tell any of us before? Even bhai is not at home now... and chacha ji and others are at the hospital-"

"No, no. I don't want to trouble any of them. I... I think I will be fine after taking the painkiller. Don't worry," she assured and Laksh nodded, still worried about her condition.

"If you say so. You wait in the living room, I will bring the painkiller for you," he said pointing towards the sofa in the living room and Sujata smiled slightly at his kindness, despite the pain.

"Thank you, beta."

Laksh sprinted off towards the kitchen and Sujata walked towards the sofa to sit. But with every step she was taking, she felt her headache getting worse... moment by moment. To her utmost confusion, it kept on getting unbearable showing no sign of cessation. Not being able to bear it anymore, she moaned and held her head by her hands as if that could help but all in vain.

And soon... her body reached a point where it became weak to bear the pain, her head started spinning. Her vision blurred and she got dizzy in her place.

"Chachi ji! Here's the painkiller..." Laksh came out of the kitchen calling out to her but he got shocked when he saw Sujata's eyes drooping, as if she was close to fainting.

"CHACHI JI!" Laksh yelled and ran towards her but before he could catch her, she fainted and fell down unconsciously on the sofa behind her. Shocked by seeing her state, he patted her cheek to wake her up but she didn't. He could not understand what else to do, so he called his father to let them know of everything.

It was the day of Swara's post graduate entrance exam!

Swara was quite amused by the fact that Sanskar had reached her place to pick her up much before the anticipated time. When she told him it was way too early, Sanskar shoved it off by saying that it was always better to be before the time for any important event. Swara smiled, he could not be more right. And so, here they were. It was 9 am in the morning, it had been half an hour since he picked her up from her hostel and both of them were in his car. Swara was on the passenger seat in front revising all her topics on her phone quickly, and Sanskar on the driver's seat obviously. He didn't disturb her in her revision but he made sure she was not bothered by anything. He kept the music system off, and he even kept the windows of the car open instead of shutting them and putting on the AC -- no matter how much of an AC freak he was -- as he didn't want her to feel nauseous as she was reading through her topics on her phone inside the moving car.
