Author's POV

As soon as Misoo and Namjoon arrived, Jimin and Namjoon left for the mansion. Meanwhile, Jin stayed back, dozing off on the couch in Autumn's room, allowing her to sleep peacefully without disturbance.

The next day arrived quicker than expected. As usual, Jisu and Jia were in the kitchen, preparing breakfast, while the others sat around the dining table, enjoying their morning coffee. The peaceful atmosphere was suddenly interrupted when Daisy came running downstairs, panting as she tried to catch her breath.

"What happened?" Misoo asked, concern evident in her voice as she noticed Daisy's urgency.

"They're coming!" Daisy exclaimed, still trying to regain her composure.

"Really?" Autumn's eyes lit up with excitement, her drowsiness instantly vanishing.

Jin, who had been sipping his coffee, looked confused. "Who are 'they'?" he asked, glancing between the girls.

Misoo let out a soft chuckle. "Our cousins," she explained, smiling.

Jin sighed in relief and nodded in understanding. "Oh, I see."

"Are they coming here? When will they arrive?" Autumn asked eagerly, her excitement barely contained.

Daisy nodded. "They're heading straight to the office first, but after their shift, they'll be coming here in the evening."

A wave of anticipation filled the room as everyone processed the news. The thought of their cousins joining them later that day brought fresh energy to the morning, making them all look forward to the evening reunion.

After finishing breakfast, everyone went to get ready for the day. A short while later, Namjoon arrived to pick up Misoo, and the two left for Rkive. Soon after, everyone else headed to their respective jobs.

In the Elder Couple's Car

As Jin drove, he glanced at Autumn and asked, "Are they going to stay at your house?"

Autumn, lost in thought, took a moment to register his question. "Who?" she asked absentmindedly.

"Your cousins," he clarified.

"Oh, yeah," she replied blankly before elaborating. "They are my aunt's daughters. Basically, my aunt and uncle raised us."

Jin hummed in response, sensing a shift in her tone. Autumn hesitated before continuing, "Aunty hasn't called me since I informed her about our marriage, but she called me two days ago to tell me about their arrival."

Jin nodded, feeling a pang of guilt. He knew how much Autumn valued her family, and her aunt's silence must have hurt her.

They soon arrived at Kim Enterprises and went about their work.

Somewhere in Seoul

Two sisters made their way to Park Agency. As they neared the building, the younger sister turned to the older one. "I'll drop you off here, and then I'll head to Rkive to get my appointment letter."

The older sister nodded. Once they reached Park Agency, the eldest got out while the youngest continued toward Rkive.

The eldest walked to the reception desk, where a woman greeted her with a warm smile. "Good morning. How may I help you?"

"Good morning. Where is the cabin of Journalist Jisu?" she asked politely.

The receptionist checked her screen before responding. "It's on the second floor, on the right side."

"Thank you," she said before heading toward the elevator. Just as she was about to step inside, she accidentally bumped into a man, causing him to spill his coffee on her shoes.
