What if you find love in the most unexpected and forbidden places? What will be the manifestation of the love that world doesn't approve? And what if that love is one-sided?
Hello everyone, How are you all? First of all Thank you so much for waiting patiently. Season 2 of this story will continue in two time zones i.e. present and past. Though the story is based on Haseena and Karishma's love but don't expect lovey dovey teen romance. It will touch many sensitive topics like patriarchy, extra marital affair, orthodox mindset and social biasedness that tries to shape marriage, love and romance in one size fit for all thing. As well as the challenges of being single mothers, and preserving friendship in the face of personal, social, and professional adversity.
For a disclaimer, on almost all these themes I am writing for the first time. Even writing two separate sequences in two time zones will be a challenge for me. So, there can be mistakes and disagreements too. You might not like the perspective of the story or you might find it ambiguous. Constructive feedback is always welcome. However, avoid spreading hatred against anyone.
I understand that some of you are not comfortable with few or all themes of this story. I will try to give as many disclaimers as I can. You can either skip those specific parts or the whole story; it's perfectly fine with me.
Reason why I am writing this story is that as a writer I want to challenge myself and expand my horizon. It certainly does not define my identity nor does reading this story define yours.
Any characters, places or events used in this story has no relation with real life and does not intend to hurt the sentiments of any religion, country, sector or community . It is just a piece of entertainment and should be taken as that only.

PRESENT TIME, LUCKNOW
Heavy traffic and scorching heat had kept the S.H.O of the Woman Police Station over the edge, already. Creases on her forehead, deadpan facial expressions and stiff muscles, Karishma Singh was sitting on the driving seat. Waiting at the signal, her eyes caught the sight of a young lad standing outside the girls college, at her right side.
A pretty young girl, probably college student, came out of the college; a bag hung on her shoulders and anxious expressions as she looked around. The moment her eyes landed on the boy, her anxiousness turned into fear and she started talking long strides towards the opposite side.
A smirk appeared on the boy's face and he shouted, "How much will you run from me?" He swiftly jumped a few long steps and held the girls right hand. Poor girl literally squirmed under his hold and tried to free her hand, "Please, Please, leave my hand."
As the scene unfolded in front of the officer, her eyes blazed, her hands turned white due to the pressure she applied on the poor steering wheel. Luckily, signal turned green and with in the next second, Karishma Singh's jeep reached right at the head of the young boy.
Karishma stepped out of the car, each step she took towards the boy was bringing him closer to a nightmare. She held him through his collar and granted a hard slap right across his face. Next instant, he was landing on the other side of the road with his face down.
"Oye, if you want your friend to at least stay alive, inform Tiwari ji that his son had been caught by Karishma Singh and that too when he was harassing a girl. Book a bed in the hospital on his name or it will be too late." a stall owner who sells sugarcane juice outside college daily added to the group of shocked boys.
Karishma swiftly moved forward and pulled him up through his hairs, "Leave me. You are not doing right, officer. You will have to pay for this. My dad is the home minister. It will cost you your uniform."
