Ezra POV
I am sitting on my couch watching TV when the news channel Breaking News takes over.

Rosewood Teen, Hanna Marin arrested for the kidnapping of Alison DiLaurentis. The teen was arrested at the scene of a shooting. Alison DiLaurentis, Jason DiLaurentis and Aria Montgomery were shot by Miss Marin at the scene and are currently being taken to Rosewood Day Hospital.

It took a minute to register the words in my head. Aria was shot? Aria was shot! I quickly grab my phone and car keys as I go out to my car. Byron, Ella and Mike went to a lacrosse game out of town so they don't know. I take out my phone and call Ella.

Phone call
"Hello?" Ella answers the phone.

"Ella, it's Ezra. How fast can you get to Rosewood Day Hospital?" I ask. As I drive as fast as I can without breaking the speed limit.

"Why? What's going on?" Ella asks.

"Long story. Hanna was arrested, Ali is alive, and Aria was shot." I say worriedly. Tears shed out of my eyes.

"We'll be their as fast as we can. Thank you for calling, Ezra." Ella says as she hangs up the phone. I hope Aria is okay is all I can think.

Ella POV
"We'll be their as fast as we can. Thank you for calling, Ezra." I say before I hang up the phone.

"Why the hell is he calling?" Byron asks. I admit I'm not thrilled they are together but quit acting like a child.

"We have to go now." I say standing up from the bleachers and grabbing my purse.

"And why is that?" Byron asks.

"Because our daughter was shot. And is on her way to the Hospital." I say. Not looking back I walk over to where the team is sitting.

"Mike, we have to go." I say. He looks at me confused.

"What, why?" He asks.

"Aria. She's in the hospital." I say. He looks really upset.

"Then, I'm coming too. Noel can take my place." Mike says as he takes off his helmet.

"Okay." I say.

Mike walks over to Noel.

"I need you to take my place." Mike says before walking over to me.

"Coach, their is a family emergency. Mike will not be playing tonight." I say to the Coach.

"Unless someone is dying he can't leave." The Coach tells me.

"Excuse me, Coach. Listen now, and listen pretty damn well. I'm talking my son with me to see his sister who was shot. I had to hear this from her boyfriend so how about you move your damn ass and let him go." I say. I hear oohs coming from Mikes teammates.

"I'm sorry ma'am." Coach says stepping out of the way. I walk over to the car where Byron is waiting and Mike climbs in behind me.

"So tell me again, why did Ezra all and not Jason?" Byron asks.

"I don't know, maybe you should ask him. At least he called." I say. Byron looks at me like I'm crazy.

"He had some nerve. To call." Byron says. Really? Your gonna do this?

"He did the right thing, Byron. You may not think so but, he did. He called because our daughter was shot. She was shot, Byron!" I yell. I'm furious at him. He things this but he is wrong. Again.

"She was shot. My baby was shot. You can't blame him for this. Everything that goes wrong in her life can not be blamed on Ezra." I say. Byron looks forward as he drives.

"Is that all he said or is their more to it?" Byron asks. Can't he just let it go.

"Alison DiLaurentis is alive. And Hanna Marin was arrested." I say. Byron and Mike sit with their mouths open.

"Great, now she will cut even more." Mike mumbles under his breath.

"What did you just say?" I question yelling. Mike looks at me as if I want supposed to hear that.

"You should thank Ezra, he got her to stop cutting. She started again last night." Mike says. How did I not notice this? I'm a terrible mother.

"How long? Has she been doing it?" I ask. Mike looks down at his hands.

"Years, since she was in 2nd grade. Ali helped her stop once but, when she went missing it started again. She couldn't stop. I knew about Ezra, I didn't say anything. I didn't want her to go back to it. He's the one that saved her from killing herself." Mike says. Tears fill mine and his eyes. Byron is completely dry.

"Aren't you going to say something?" I ask Byron who is showing no emotion.

"Like what? I'm sorry I took my anger out on My Daughter and her relationship with her English a Teacher? That I should have thanked him for saving her life. Well you know what, Ella? He didn't save it. He ruined it." Byron says. That's it. I'm not doing this anymore.

"I'm done. I can't do this with you anymore." I say as I get out of the car. I hear Mikes footsteps behind me. It's only a few minutes away from the hospital so I could be their fast.

"Mom, is Aria going to be okay?" Mike asks.

"I hope so. I really do." I say. Mike comes over to me. We walk over to the parking lot of the hospital.
