Hello, my dear Blue Archive readers and fans! How are you? Honestly, I hope well.

I've decided to share with you this list of tidbits about the three volumes I've written to give you some content while I finish writing the fourth volume.

1. I've mentioned it before, the reason I decided to make a fanfic was to see how good I am at writing and how much you might like what I write.

2. At the beginning, I considered doing a fanfic about One Piece instead of Blue Archive, but the world that Echiiro Oda has created is so big and complex that, out of respect, I preferred not to touch it, haha.

3. On my social media, I like to say that what I'm writing are Light Novels, however, light novels are written in first person and has images to illustrate some scenes of the story. Clearly, my fanfics have neither of those two elements, haha.

4. My approach for this story was to make sensei the main character. Every event and chapter of the main Blue Archive story revolves around the students, but this time, I wanted to make sensei the center and show how much he loves his students.

5. What I also intended with this story was for it to work as a volume between volumes of the main Blue Archive story. Kind of like a filler arc, haha, Something that could work independently without ignoring what's going on in the main story.

6. The day I started writing, after writing the first chapter, I thought that I was not going to be able to finish the story, because the way I used to write was improvising everything that happened.

7. To overcome the creative block, I made a list with an overview of the events of the story in chronological order.

8. I tried to fill the story with as many references to the game as I could. I don't remember all of them, but examples include sensei waking up in Nonomi's lap, Hina telling sensei not to spoil her because someone might see them and Shiroko offering sensei something to drink after finding him almost dead from the heat in a street in Abydoss.

9. When I wrote this volume, I read that Koyuki was on the run and that she was very good at deciphering encrypted messages so I thought she must also be very good at making them. When I finally read the ''Bunny Chaser on Board'' event, I realized that Koyuki is good at cracking codes and all that by pure intuition, haha.

10. The Valkyrie Police girls who inform the sensei of what is happening with the gang members are the same girls who appear in one of Fubuki's Relationship Story.

11. I like to write while listening to music so a big influence for at least the first half of the story was: ''Little Dark Age'' by MGMT, ''Blood // Water'' by Grandson, ''Miss you'' by Oliver Tree and ''Discord'' by The Living Tombstone.

12. Hardcore Blue Archive fans will notice that the above list of songs was used in popular edits of the game. xD

13. While writing the story, I considered making Ako the villain alongside Black Suit. I wanted to explore the sensei's overconfidence in his students. Glimpses of that idea can be seen in that Ako ends up being quite responsible for what happened with the bacteria and Black Suit's conversation with sensei in the restaurant.

14. To write what would be the climax, especially when they reach the third sublevel of the power plant, I used as inspiration songs like ''Tornado of Souls'', ''Hangar 18'' and ''Holy wars... The Punishment Due'' by Megadeth. My intention was precisely to transmit this image of an abandoned hangar of the 80's.

15. For the climax of the story, I always had in mind that sensei and his students would go to a factory full of androids to resolve the main conflict. However, the big difference is that, instead of there being four androids with the ability to destroy halos, there would only be one and it would be released by Black Suit.

16. I spent hours trying to get Midjourney to generate the image I used for the cover of this first volume, which is also a very close representation of what I imagine the computer called M.O.T.H.E.R. looks like.

17. The first android that M.OT.HE.R. releases I described it thinking of the Xenomorph from Alien. However, shortly after, I remembered that in Dragon Ball there is an android called 'Pirate Robot' which is something similar, but in a more cartoonish way.

18. Back then, I also spent hours trying to generate an image, via Midjourney, of the Xenomorph Android and the Harpy Android, but none of the images I got left me satisfied.

19. This story took me about a month or a month and a half to finish.

Ithink those are all the curiosities I can tell about the first volume. If Iremember more, I will add them. I hope you liked it, let me know what youthought and share. Next week I will add the ones from Blue Archive: White Day.
