Ellie's POV

I woke up with strong arms around me and light breathing on my neck.

I opened my eyes to come face to face with a sleeping Louis, his arm draped around me.

Our legs tangled.

My arms around him.

I wanted to wake up to thid every single day, but I know it was wrong.

Very Wrong.

But a few minutes won't hurt. Would they?

I take out one arm out of hid grasp an use my hand to caress his cheek.

His breathing was still light and he looked like he was still sleeping.

I trail off my hand to his jaw, feeling his light stubble under my fingers.

"Take a picture, it'll last longer" he said causing me to retreat my hand

His eyes were still closed but I saw him twitch a smile.

How did he even know it was me?

Maybe he was awake.

Ofcourse he'd know you dumb Elizabeth. You and Louis are the only people in the room.

Oh my Gosh. That sounds so wrong.

"I wasn't doing anything" I said in a 'PSHH' way

He stroked my cheek "If seducing me counts as nothing, you were doing nothing"

My eyes shot wide open and I pulle myself out of Louis' grasp.

"I wasn't seducing you, Tomlinson" I say horrified

He sat up "Ellie..." he said

"For God's sake Lou, we are best friends. Not like friends with benefit. Don't ruin our friendship please" I said in a rush

I hadn't even noticed him walk over to me and cup a hand over my mouth.

"Shh" he whispered

I looked at him and sent a glare his way.

He slowly removed the hand from my mouth.

"We ARE best friends and we always will be. I was kidding" he said

The words stinged.

Wow. everything he does is worth nothing.

"It doesn't mean that I'm gonna stay away from you because I almost kissed you last night, It does mean I'm attracted to you though" he said

Wow he's so blunt in what he has to say.

"Louis, you love Hannah and I like Mark. And you fucking almost kissed me. Things can't just go back to normal"

He sighed.

"Ellie, They have to. Please. No one has to know. The feelings will go away, I promise" he said

I nodded slowly. "I'll see you at school then..." I say and try to shove him out but he didn't move

"No one has to know, Ellie. Can this like stay between us?" He asked

He was so bipolar. It almost scared me how our friendship was going through ups and downs.

I didn't want to lose Louis.

He had been my best friend through every situation and will be through this one too.

"Promise me, this won't change anything between us and we'll act like nothing happened and nothing would ever happen" I said pleadingly
