The raw breath of air,
Reverberates the skin,
Pulsing as you run,
Running from your sin,
The sun comes over the trees,
Frost glitters in your wake,
The crunching stops on the leaves,
You breathe and start to shake,
Collapsing you feel them there,
You cry into your hands,
A feeling of a hundred years,
The shimmer turns to sand,
Pick up the grains and mold them,
Mold them into shape,
Erase your mistakes, life anew,
Heat ebbing for your sake,
Crying or not, stop your lies,
Take back what you’ve done,
This beautiful time can be yours,
Don’t act as if your shunned
