"Literally I can't be asked with this." Is the third time I heard that sentence from Alvaro as we walk into the hall for our final exam.
I've been doing nothing with my life other than revising, revising, revising; and it shows.
The guys do a quick turn each day to check if I'm still alive, but my apartment is full of books.
Mum and dad are on this fancy cruise they booked themselves, probably to quit hearing my murmur about my finals.
"Just focus, you'll be fine." Pearl caresses his arm.
"You're my lucky charm." He kisses the top of her head.
"Gross." I roll my eyes and flinch, as Alvaro threatens to punch me.
"Okay, we meet here after the exam alright? Noone wander off anywhere." We all nod at Pearl, and each of us take their path.

I nailed it, like I actually nailed it!
I left the exam haul in absolute jolly, I was so happy, biology can kiss my ass off anytime!
"How was it!" Pearl runs to me.
"I feel like I'm on cloud 9." I look up and smile.
"Well, I feel like I'm going to choke the professor." Alva ruins the mood.
"Hey! I found it amazing." Pearl nudges her boyfriend.
"Nerds." He mutters.
"Excuse me?" Me and Pearl say in sync.
"Nothing." He scratches his head.
"Shall we celebrate?" Pearl claps her hands.
"I'd love to, what are we thinking?" I brainstorm.
"Ice cream! It fixes anything." And he had a point.
"Okay, shall we meet at 5?" Pearl looks at the both of us.
"Yeah, but I'm coming home with you." Alva puts his arm around her.
"Cam, do you have a ride?" Pearl turns to look at me.
"I dunno, but it's okay my apartments not too far, and the weather is nice!"
"No you can't just walk alone." Alva steps in.
"It's fine honestly, just go I'll be okay." I smile at them and shoo them off.
I walk out the front gate, and I see a familiar face stood infront of his car, with awful cover.
"Pablo!" I wave at him. He adjusted his leather jacket and walked towards me, trapping me in a soft embrace.
"How did it go?" He asks.
"I've never felt better, all this hard work was so much worth it."
"Let's go out then." I give him a look, "What to celebrate!"
"I'm going out with Alva and Pearl to get ice cream at 5, so I want to relax." I admit.
"Brill, I'll come help you pack up your messy apartment a little." He puts his hand on my lower back and leads me to my car.
