๑ Chapter 32 - Small Black Box ๑

Hikaru POV

"Kuro, who's scheduled for my meeting today and next week?" I asked him.

"That would be, Mr. Yamamoto, Ms.. Yukihira and Sir Tachibana." He replied with.

"Great, I will have the meeting today with Ms. Yukihira. Tell Mr. Yamamoto and Sir Tachibana that I have postponed their meetings." I told him.

"But sir, Mr Yamamoto's meeting should be today instead of Ms. Yukihira's." He said.

"I'm sorry Kuro, but until today I will never disobey one rule I've followed ever since. Ladies first." I smiled but Kuro understood right away and did his job.

After The Meeting

"Thank you for your time Ms. Yukihira." I shook her hand and smiled as she left.

I sat down to take a small break for myself. Kuro sat down with me and we conversed.

"Excuse me sir, how is your girlfriend?" He asked me. "Oh, you mean Yukina? Well the last time I checked I do still love her." I laughed. "Yeah, we're both doing great. I miss her already."

Although it's just been 7 hours.

"I'm glad to know she's doing fine. So, when do you plan on taking the next step?" Kuro asked. "The next step? What do you mean?" I asked in return.

"You know, marriage." He stated.

My eyes widened. "Well." I said while thinking of an answer. "It's fine you can't answer my question. I understand." Kuro added.

"Well, I'll be leaving now sir. It's good to know she's fine. Have a good day." He commented.

"Be safe. Kuro Tsubasa. "Will do." He saluted me, grinned and left.

I took a small black box out of my pocket, opened it, and looked at the ring.

"Marriage huh." I softly said to no one else but myself.

After work I decided to go home.

45 Minutes Later

I finally arrived home. Sat down where Yukina was.

Sigh.

"Well you're a sight for sore eyes." She said until she noticed my tired-looking face. "Hey, what's the matter?" Yukina asked me.

"Nothing, I'm just really tired." I replied. "And I missed you." I also added.

I walked towards her and sat down. The next thing you know we were on a comfy couch, cuddling.

"Want me to make you something?" She asked. "Coffee please." I said.

She stood up and said "One coffee coming right up." And smiled.

"Arigato."

A few minutes later. Yukina sat down, with the mug on her fingers, and put it down.
