๑ Chapter 8 - Pool Day ๑

"Yukina was leaving from school when the twins grabbed her.

"May I help you?" Yukina asked.

"Target caputured." They said together.

"Eh? Target?" Yukina questioned.

"Good job, we will meet there." Tamaki said.

"Huh?" Yukina said.

-Minutes Later-

Yukina POV

"Why did I have to come?" I said in an irritated tone.

"Because it's our day off." Tamaki-senpai.

"Why did you have to force me into it?" I asked.

"Because we figured you'd refuse when we told you." The twins explained.

"Ne, Yuki-chan didn't you bring a swimsuit?" Honey-senpai asked.

"First of all Honey-senpai, this was unexpected so I didn't carry one, even if this was planned I wouldn't bother." I replied.

"But we recommended you some." The twins said.

"I never planned to swim anyway." I stated.

"Why?~" Honey-senpai asked.

"I don't feel comfortable in water unless it's a bath or shower. . ." I replied.

"You don't like water?" Haruhi-san asked.

"Does rain count?" The twins asked too.

I nodded.

"Then I'll be taking a seat." I said as I seated myself.

After a while Tamaki-senpai and the twins were playing with water guns. Honey-senpai invited Haruhi for a swim but she refused. Tamaki-senpai bumped his back on a statue and it made a 'click' sound.

"Eh?" I tilted my head.

Then we could feel the water rumbling.

"Honey-senpai!" I yelled.

But the waves drifted him somewhere.

Everyone panicked.

"Minna! Let's begin operation: Find Honey!" Tamaki-senpai instructed.

They ran while I followed them from behind.

But they stopped.

'Hm?' I thought.

"Why are there crocodiles in this place!!!" Tamaki-senpai shouted. "Over here too!!!" The twins screamed.

They ran leaving me behind.

There were a lot of animals where I came from. . and I used to play with them.

I walked towards them.

"Chotto, That's dangerous!" Haruhi yelled.

I knelt and. . .

'My parents aways told me, If you show any sign of fear these animals could be merciless. . . . but if you show good intentions they can be very. . . lovable. . and if you don't hurt them. . '

I patted it's head slowly.

'. . . they won't hurt you. .'

I stood up and distanced myself from them and they went back from the forest.

Everyone was frozen.

"Minna let's go." I snapped them to reality.

While we were running I felt something touch my cheek.

My eyes widened.

'rain.'

I stopped.

"Yukina, what's wrong?" Haruhi asked,

"U-umm. . minna-san this might be selfish but could we go look for shelter. ." I said with my bangs covering my face.

"Why?" Hikaru asked.

"Ah, It's raining!" Kaoru said answering my question.

They all looked at me with worried expressions.

"Yukina, are you alright. ." Tamaki-senpai said claming me down.

"Hai" I replied.

When we found shelter I saw Mori-senpai heading off somewhere.

"Senpai, where are you headed? I asked.

Mori-senpai looked at me then faced the dircetion he was going to but I understand what he meant.

"May I go with you senpai?" I asked.

He nodded.

So I follwed him.

. . . . . . . . . .

Every direction we went the rain grew stronger by the minute.

I remembered when it was raining and. . everyone was. . . . screaming.

I looked terrified and I was shivering from fear.

So I covered my ears and crouched.

"Yukina."

Suddenly I snapped back to reality.

"Heh?" I whispered.

and I was lifted up.

"G-gomenasai..." I muttered.

Mori-senpai nodded.

-Minutes Later-

While Mori-senpai was walking while carrying me a bunch of soldiers surrounded us.

Mori-senpai placed me down.

. . . . . . . .

'Duck!" Someone yelled.

'Honey-senpai?'

He beat everyone to a pulp.

"I'm glad you're doing fine Honey-senpai." I said.

"Un! Arigato Yuki-chan!" He said with a happy tone.

Suddenly the rain stopped and the sun took over.

'Looks . . . . beautiful.' I thought.

"Mori! Yukina!" The host club went to us.

"Minna-san. ." I whispered.

"Geez. . . don't just wander off like that!" Haruhi said.

"I'm sorry." I bowed to reassure them.

They all sweat dropped and giggled.

The day ended with a lot happening and after all that I could finally talk to 'them'.

-Graveyard-

"Domo, Mom. . Dad. My friends forcibly invited me to the pool today. But I really didn't know how to swim so half of it was pretty useless." I giggled "I probably can;t wear a swimsuit without exposing my back. ."A lot happened but I managed to protect myself." I said

I hugged my knees and buried my face on my arms.

"They're really something. . .People usually leave when they get tired of being around me..." I whispered.

'Am I growing closer to them?' I thought
