๑ Chapter 10 - Warm Greeting ๑

-Yukina POV-

I felt the pain from my back aching that I managed to open my eyes slightly and the first person I see is Haruhi-san.

"H-haruhi-san. . " I said I muttered while twitching my fingers.

"She's regained consciousness!" someone yelled.

I helped myself to get up but then I felt a sharp pain behind my back.

"!!!" I grunted covering my mouth and placed a hand on my wound.

"Yukina-san! you should rest more! you're not fully healed yet." Haruhi-san explained.

"Thank goodness Yuki-chan you're alright!!!" Honey-senpai said with a cute puppy face while clinging onto me.

"Yeah we were worried sick you know. . " the twins said.

"Eh?" I curiously said.

'They were worried? Why? . . '

"Umm why were you worried Minna-san?" I asked

"What do you mean 'why were we worried?!?' of course we were worried baka! you could've died!" The twins explained.

The rest nodded.

"Ah, I see. . ." I said as I stood up carefully and slowly.

"Yukina!" Haruhi-san said worriedly.

"I'm fine." I replied.

I was standing, I bowed to them.

"H-hontoni arigato. . ." My eyes were teary but I wouldn't let them fall.

I felt a hand on my shoulder.

"Eh?" I looked up.

Haruhi-san smiled with everyone else and said "No, Thank you." and they all had bright smiles on their faces

'E-eh? Mom . . . . Dad . . what is this feeling? . .'

I felt something in my throat.

'I feel . . . . . . .happy? . . . is this . . . happiness? Everyone is so . .'

-Hosts POV-

Her bangs covered her face so we couldn't see her clearly. But we saw her grin.

"Yukina?" the others asked.

She lifted her face and-

"Minna, arigato. . ." She..she thanked us with a smile.

All of us looked interested and somewhat shocked.

The twins looked at each other and smiled.

-Twins POV-

'Ah there it is again ahaha . . I never thought I'd see it once more' Hikaru thought.

'Does she even know she's smiling? haha!' Kaoru thought.

-Yukina POV-

I thanked them.

Then I heard footsteps coming towards me.

"Ah!" I yelled

They all wrapped me in a warm hug looking flushed.

"Uh Minna-san that hurts. . " I said

"Oh sorry" they said.

"But you should still rest ok?" Haruhi-san told me.

I nodded.

'Ah I forgot to talk to them . .'

They were all talking to each other but I said. .

"U-um. . could you all leave for a bit . . ." I said

"And why would that be?" Kyoya asked.

"I have something to do that requires privacy." I replied

"I see, very well then, everyone let's head back to our perspective rooms." Kyoya ordered

-Minutes Later-

I closed the lights and lit up a candle, sat on the bed and looked at the picture of me and my parents.

"Ne, Mom and Dad for once in my life I think I actually felt . . . happy" I said then continued "I'm not really sure if this is 'actual' happiness but let's just hope so . . . . I wish someone would be able to teach me happiness. . " I stopped at that part and looked at the picture.

Sigh . . .

"Ja, oyasumi. ."

I blew the candle and closed my eyes.

Until I heard the door creak.

'Huh? I forgot to close it? . .'

I went and closed I then dozed off.

. . . .

"So she talks to them everyday huh. . " a certain someone said.
