The rest of the day was pretty basic. Besides the concerned fangirls, everyone seemed normal. I head to my locker and open it with my combination. 40-2-34, I tell myself in my head. As I try to open it, it doesn't budge. Maybe I put it in wrong. 40-2-34...Nothing at all. What is even going on? I start freaking out. I feel my anxiety kicking in. My hands start shaking. What if this isn't my locker? What if they gave my locker to someone else while I was gone? My eyes start to tear up. As I'm about to start crying, I feel a hand on my shoulder.
"(y/n)! I've been looking everywhere for you." The tall blonde boy explains.
I stare at him with glossy eyes.
"What's wrong, (y/n)? Are you crying?" Tamaki asks with concern.
"Oh. I'm fine. I just can't get my locker open." I explain while I cover my face.
"Don't worry, damsel. I will save you from the evil locker monster!" He poses.
Tamaki easily opens the locker. I say, "Thank you, Tamaki. Although, I never told you my locker combination..."
His face turns a deep red. He quickly covers his face and murmurs, "I figured a situation like this would happen, so I asked the office."
I stare at him with a hint of pink on my cheeks. As I put my books in my locker, there's a piece of paper on the floor. I reach for it and quickly read it aloud, "Hi, (y/n). I just wanted to let you know that you're very beautiful. I know a lot of guys probably ask you out, but will you at least give me a chance? -Secret Admirer..."
"WHAT?! You have a secret admirer?" Tamaki cries out.
"Uhm...Did they get the wrong locker? Because I don't think this is for me..." I sigh.
It is quiet for a second, until Tamaki says, "Who do you think it is?"
I pause. Who sent me this? I finally say, "I honestly don't know, Tamaki."
He's silent for a minute. Is he mad at me?
"Oh yeah. You wanted to talk to me about something?" I ask.
Tamaki slowly approaches me. He grabs my hand, and walks towards Music Room 3.
When we reach Music Room 3, no one is there except for me and Tamaki. He takes a seat on the comfy couch and says, "Please, sit with me."
"Uhm...sure." I respond while I sit next to him.
His gorgeous eyes are glossy and full of sadness. "I haven't told anyone of the hosts this, but for some reason, I trust you."
My stunned look must have shown on my face because Tamaki kind of smiles, but the smile doesn't reach his eyes.
"(y/n)...The chauffeur, the one who drove us that horrible day?" He pauses and then continues, "He didn't make it, (y/n)."
I slowly look down and feel drops of water fall on my dress. I realize that I am crying, but I'm not alone. Tamaki is crying, too.
"I-I'm so sorry. I-If I didn't g-get into the car that day, he'll still be a-alive." I hyperventilate.
Tamaki reaches for my face and wipes my tears away. He whispers, "If that didn't happen, I wouldn't have met you."
I stare at him with wide, tearful eyes. I hug him, "I can say the same to you."
He smiles brightly.
I smile, too. I tell him, "So, when should we start those lessons?"
Tamaki looks at me with his wide eyes. He replies, "Are you serious?"
I look at him with my most serious look and say, "Dead serious."
