Tamaki and I have known each other for about a month and a half. In two weeks, the annual host club ball will take place. We both sit in the library and draw little figures in my notebook. He writes "(your initials) + T.S." on the top line of the paper. I slightly blush.

"That's cute." I say.

"You're cuter, though." Tamaki responds.

"How did you do on that English test?" I ask.

He looks down at the paper and says, "I actually didn't do very well. I thought I would know it all, but English is definitely difficult."

He looks so sad about it. I didn't think he'll be this hard on himself about his grades. He always seemed to be flawless at everything.

"You know, I can help you. I excel at English and all of my other classes as well." I offer.

Tamaki sighs, "I'm supposed to be the one helping you. That's what I do. I help people and make their lives better by being in it."

I chuckle, "You've helped enough, Tamaki. The least I can do is tutor you. You wouldn't want to be grounded two weeks before the ball."

"Grounded? I've never heard of such a thing. Is that what commoners say when they've planted a human?"

I burst out laughing, "No, of course not. It's something parents do to their kids when they haven't reached their expectations."

"Oh...the title is kind of misleading." He responds.

I shrug, "Anyways, let's get started. What exactly do you need help with?"

"Um...lemme check," he points to different pages and says, "this, this, this, this, this, this, and this."

"Oh o-"

"Oh! This and that, too." He finishes.

Surprisingly, he needs help with everything inside of the textbook.

"Uhh, okay. Let's just start from the very beginning."

"So, plot is what the story is about and theme is the moral of the story?" He asks.

"Something like that, yes." I answer.

"Okay! Let's move on, then." He smiles.

"Actually, we're done with the whole lesson. I believe you're ready for the retake test." I say.

"I know, but I wanted to spend more time with you~" He snuggles my arm.

I giggle, "You are such a dork."

"I am not just any ordinary dork. I am the king of dorks. Now, bow down to royalty." He explains.

"Whatever you say, your majesty." I bow.

Since school already ended, we decided to stop for ice cream. I order a (favorite/flavor) ice cream and Tamaki orders strawberry. He buys my ice cream for me.

"Thank you. I really appreciate it." I say.

"It's no big deal. Plus, what kind of boyfriend would I be if I didn't buy my girlfriend an ice cream cone? Not a very good one, to say the least." He responds while licking his ice cream.

"Ah, hush. Just so you know, I'm treating you next time." I promise.

A/N: Sorry, everyone. This was just a short filler chapter. I've had major writer's block and I honestly don't know where I'm going with this story. Anyways, hope you had a great day/evening/morning! Lots of love,

-Hannah
