Chapter 20: The Party Part 1

So the people in the photo is some if Tris's old friends that you'll meet in this chapter. There's Jacqueline portrayed by Francia Raisa. There's Anna portrayed by Emily Tennant. There's Mike portrayed by Xavier Samuels. And then there's Susan Black portrayed by Taissa Farming. I didn't really get a clear face of Susan that I pictured her as when I read book but I think that Taissa Farming is good for the role. But kind of like with Robert feels it like I kind of made my own version of Susan in this story. love, lydia

Tris POV:

When I get into the house everyone at the party screams welcome home and I laugh. It's good to be home. Lexi run up to me.

"You wore the dress I told you to wear! You look great, just like I said you would. Do you like the party?" she asks and hug me. I look around and I really do like it.

"I love it! Thank you Lex" I say.

"What are best friends for? Come on I know some people that want to see you" she says and drag me towards a group of people. Tobias just follow me. When I get there I see who they are.

"Oh my god, Jacqueline, Mike, Anna?!" I say and laugh. Jacqueline, Mike and Anna are some of my oldest friends.

"It's so good to see you again Tris" Anna says and smile at me.

"It's good to see you too Anna" I say and hug her.

"You look great Tris" Mike says and hug me. I hug back and say thank you. When I pull away I feel Tobias arm around my waist. Oh, he's jealous.

"It's okay Tobias. He's just a friend and he's with Anna" I whisper into his ear. I can feel his arm around me soft a little but it's still there.

"So the famous Trissy has come back from nowhere boarding school. And who is this hottie you have with you?" Jacqueline says. I can feel Tobias tense beside me but I know Jacqueline is just joking. We hug.

"Hello to you too Jackie. And this is Four, my boyfriend." I say. Mike and Anna says hi.

"Four? Like the number? What a stupid name! I'm going to call you number boy instead" Jacqueline says and laugh.

"Just ignore Jacqueline, that's what I always do" Mike says to Tobias.

"Ha, ha very funny Mike" Jacqueline says and fake smiles at him. I laugh. They're always like that. With Anna in the middle.

"Okay guys stop it! It's very nice to met you Four. Would you like us to look after Bella for you?" she asks. I look at Isabella and she nod. Isabella really like them, I mean like she grew up with these people.

"Yes, thank you that would be great" I say and Isabella run into Anna's arms.

"We're going to look around a little but we see you guys in a while to take Isabella again" I say.

"Oh, it's fine we love spending time with her" Mike says. I smile and we start to walk away.

"It's good to have you back Trissy" Jacqueline says.

"It's good to be back" I say back over my shoulder and take Tobias hand. We mingle on the party for a while and talk to everyone we see. Everyone says it's great to see me and I say it's great to be back. And it's. I grew up with most of these people. Then I see someone and walk straight to her.

"Susan Black" I say and laugh. She turn around.

"Beatrice Prior. It's great to see you!" she says and we hug. Susan has been my neighbour like my hole life and she's Robert's twin sister. I think she always had a crush on Caleb too and he an on her but they where always too scared to admit it.

"How have you been? And how is Caleb?" she asks.

"I've been great, Caleb too. And no Caleb do not have a girlfriend" I say and laugh. She blush.

"But Susan this is my boyfriend Four" I say and turn to Tobias.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Four" she say and shake his hand. He shake back.

"The pleasure is all mine Susan" he says. God, he's such a gentleman.

"Oh Tris, Robert is looking for you" she say.

"God, I haven't even seen him yet!! Where is he?" I ask.

"Last time I think I saw him in the kitchen" she answer.

"Okay, thank you Susan" I say and walk towards Lexi's big kitchen. When I get there I look around.

"Hello Tris" I voice behind me says.

"ROBERT!" I scream and turn around so that I can see him. When I do I can see him smiling at me. I smile back and throw my arms around his neck. I know we used to date, but it's not weird at all. He's one of my best friend and I love him as a brother. And I'm with Tobias now. We pull away.

"It's so good to see you again Tris! I missed you so much. You look great!" he say.

"I missed you too" I say back.

"Tris I think we made-" he says but I cut him off so that he can't finish.

"Rob, this is Four. My boyfriend" I say and take Tobias hand.
