The Doctor's P.O.V
I woke up to an empty bed. Where was Erica? Where did she go? I dreamt it. I must've dreamt everything. She didn't save me. All of a sudden, a girl with wet, dark brown hair and a tall figure walked into the room.
"Finally, you're up! Morning sleepyhead!" Erica said, walking to the dresser. "Do you really have three whole drawers dedicated to bow ties?"
I ran over to her, grabbing her in my arms and pinning her to my chest.
"Don't ever do that again!" I mumbled into her hair.
"Do what? Get out of bed before you?" She joked, smiling up at me.
"Yes."
She pushed herself off me and left the room. She came back seconds later with breakfast.
"I took a shower and made us breakfast." She said, climbing into bed with me.
"What time is it?" I asked her, worried. We needed to go on an adventure!
"Well, the TARDIS goes by the time in Europe, so it's 3 AM right now. Amy and Rory are still asleep." She chewed on her bacon while speaking.
"Why do humans sleep so much?" I murmured, stretching my arms, then pulling Erica closer.
"Mm. Time Lords don't need as much sleep as humans, due to the fact our two hearts pump more blood, therefore giving us more adrenaline and energy!" She said all this while filling her mouth with pancakes.
I nodded, not really taking it all in. I was thinking of where we'd go today. Maybe we'd go back in time, and save some people from evil aliens. Maybe we'd have a relaxing adventure. No, I don't like relaxing. Erica interrupted my thoughts by wrapping her arms around me and kissing me lightly on the nose. The tiny amount of touch sent a small shock throughout my body, and I loved it. I pulled her onto my lap and kissed her gently on her pink lips. She pulled my head closer to hers and kissed me over and over again. Every time we touched I felt a connection, a bonding. I felt closer to her. Erica ran her fingers through my hair, and for once, I didn't care. I pulled her closer my putting my hands on her waist, when we were suddenly interrupted by giggling at the door.
"Is this how you always wake up?" Amy snickered.
Erica turned her head and shot Amy a glare.
"If you wanna watch, you can watch." She breathed.
She kissed me harder, but still softly.
"Amy! Avert your eyes! It's gross!" Rory shouted, while they retreated.
Erica broke away from the kiss and rested her head against my chest, sighing softly.
"You'd think they were five year olds, watching a romance movie." She giggled.
I brushed my fingers through her hair. She smiled up at me.
"No one touches my hair I don't know! In fact, no one touches my hair! Period!" She mimicked the day we met up.
I pushed her off my lap and crossed my arms, pouting. She climbed back on my lap.
"I'm kidding. Can I do your hair today?" She smiled, messing up my hair.
I removed her hands slowly and rested them back on my chest.
"No." I said, climbing out of bed, her falling out.
"Ow!" She looked up at me.
"What's wrong?" I asked, immediately crouching down and grabbing her face in my hands.
"I hit my head on the bed post." She frowned up at me.
I grabbed my sonic screwdriver and checked the side of her head with it.
"You hit your head pretty hard." I mumbled.
The TARDIS dropped a large bandage on my side table, which I wrapped her head with.
"Good?" I asked, kissing her on the forehead.
"How am I going to do my hair now!" She yelled, throwing her hands in the air.,
"One less thing to worry about."
We got dressed, Erica frowning the whole time. I pulled her in for a hug before we went downstairs.
"Is everything alright?" I asked her, grabbing her shoulders.
"Mm." She said, looking distant. "Bathroom." She shuffled to the washroom awkwardly. I tilted my head. I waited for her sitting in the armchair. She came out looking bright, hair fixed. Erica rushed down the stairs, me in close pursuit. She opened her locket and listened to something only she could hear.
"Amazing! Perfect! Fabulous!" She squealed.
Erica grabbed Amy's hand and ran to the console with her. She started pulling random levers and pushing buttons that I don't push.
"What are you doing!" I yelled, stomping downstairs.
"Landing Sexy in a way it doesn't hurt her or us!" She shouted back.
She pulled one more level and the TARDIS stopped moving. She made the soft whurr whurr noise. I glared at Erica.
"Would you like me to teach you how to fly it properly?" She asked sweetly.
"I fly it just fine, thank you!" I said, marching out the door.
Erica ran behind me. We stepped out onto a ruined planet, filled with broken monuments and empty houses.
"Where are we?" I whispered.
"I don't know. I just got a distress signal and came here."
We wandered a little bit until a man in an army uniform stopped us.
"Name?" He asked in a tired, bored tone.
"The Doctor." I sighed.
His eyes widened and motioned for us to follow him.
"Erica. You can't tell them your name." I whispered in her ear.
"If they're evil, they'll have ultimate power over me, correct?"
"Correct."
