The Dreamer's P.O.V
"I wish that I could, be like the cool kids!" I screamed at the top of my lungs with Amy, grinning manically. We recently visited Earth in the future time, I guess. People liked to play vintage songs, smiling as they appreciated each others music tastes.
Absolutely not what it was like when I was on Earth.
The Doctor wandered downstairs blearily, yawning and scratching his head.
"Where to, today?" He asked, coming down in his pyjamas. "You're very loud, by the way."
Me and Amy propped our heads on our chins as we leaned against the railing.
"Romans are hot." I stated, the Doctor freezing up at my words.
"Very hot!" Amy snickered, staring at the seriously saddened Doctor.
"Let's go... Roman or whatever." He mumbled, half-heartedly playing with the controls aimlessly.
I hugged him from behind and played with his bed hair. He relaxed into my arms and jokingly leaned into me, pretending to fall.
Only, my knees gave way.
We collapsed, the Doctor crushing my ribs and internal organs, taking my breath away.
"Ow!" I said, waving my arms in the air.
The Doctor quickly clambered up, then awkwardly lifted me to my feet, blushing.
"Sorry." He murmured, rubbing his neck.
I shrugged it off and grabbed his hand, pulling him upstairs.
"Don't worry, about a thing." I sang quietly, quoting Bob Marley.
The Doctor chuckled and began grabbing clothes from his drawer.
"Blue, black or red?" He asked, sorting through his bowtie drawer.
"What, pens?" I joked, swinging my legs back and forth, as I was sitting on our desk.
"No, silly! Bow ties!" The Doctor exclaimed, as if it were the best thing in the world.
I rolled my eyes.
"Blue. TARDIS blue, though." I said, wagging my finger at him. He threw his new clothes on the bed and began unbuttoning his shirt. He raised his eyebrows at me and motioned with his finger to turn around.
"No!" I said simply, crossing my arms. "I've never seen you without a shirt before!"
"Oh but you have! Remember that one night, back on Gallifrey..." He said, smirking at me.
"Oh, shut up!" I said, blushing. "I haven't in this regeneration. Well, I saw your back, but not your chest."
The Doctor rolled his eyes again and turned me around. I peeked a little bit and smiled to myself. He was super pale, British through and through, and skinny but he's still, hot as it can get. He pulled on a regular white shirt, pants and clipped on his suspenders. I ripped the bow tie from his hands and did it up myself, grinning at the shocked Time Lord.
"You didn't do it right!" He whined.
I rolled my eyes, grabbed his hand yet again and carefully stepped downstairs. I was wearing a slippery shoe called Toms, which I got down on Earth for a ridiculous price. I mean, seventy dollars for a pair shoes that are going to fall apart very soon.
I got the black ones.
I slipped once I started running to the console and fell on my bottom. Amy smirked at me as Rory helped me up.
"I need different shoes." I sighed.
Rory and the Doctor groaned as Amy smiled.
"Another trip to Earth!" We yelled.
Amy wasn't usually one for girly things, but she loved to see Earth every once and a while.
"No." The Doctor said firmly, clamping his hands over mine and Amy's mouths.
I licked his hand, which he tore away in disgust.
"That's nasty!" He yelled, wiping my saliva on my cheek.
"Ew!" I exclaimed, wiping my cheek on his sleeve, which is shook out.
"It's your spit!" He teased, tapping me on the nose.
It's still gross.
"Why can't we go to Earth?" I whined, pouting with Amy.
"I have a special day planned for the two of us!" He said, excited as a kitten. Or a kid getting a kitten.
"Ooooh!" I said, grinning.
Amy quickly cleared her throat while Rory fake-coughed.
"What about us?" Rory asked, putting his hand on his hip.
"Oh, yes!" The Doctor said, clapping his hands. "Amy, where would you like to go on, for a romantic vacation."
"Rio!" Amy screamed, making me cover my ears and mock-glare at her.
"Ah, not a good idea, is it? When we go to Rio, we usually lose dear Rory here, lets not make that happen!" He said, pressing his lips in a thin line.
"Ah, erm. Lets see..." Amy threw her hands up in the air. "Paris? I dunno!"
The Doctor grinned and set it to a certain date. The Eiffel Tower was just being constructed by that date. He pushed them out the door after our rocky landing, throwing a small bag at them.
"Ah.. Bonjour! Wait, that's not good bye..." He slapped his face with his right hand.
"Au revoir!" I shouted.
The Doctor grinned slyly at me and sauntered up to the console, doing his regular "I'm-flying-this-incorrectly" dance.
We surprisingly only landed with a loud "thud" and that was it.
He grabbed my hand and swept out the door, grinning like the mad man he is. We stopped outside of a small slushy shop, him almost giggling with happiness.
"It's a slushy shop?" I said, furrowing my eyebrows.
"Not just any slushy shop." He whispered, staring up with wide eyes. "They make the best slushies in the world."
I rolled my eyes as he dragged me into the shop. They widened once I saw the many flavours of slushies.
"One ultra-super-king-sized slushy please!" The Doctor beamed at the bored-looking man at the counter. The server sighed and pulled out a cup from the bottom shelf. That was like half of me! Or more, half of the Doctor!
He shooed me away so he could pay while I picked out flavours. How we could lug around this giant cup, I have no idea. I saw the Doctor pull up his physic card, while the man scanned it, yawning. The Doctor strode up to me, beaming brightly.
"Well, go on! Pick your flavours!" He exclaimed, grinning manically.
"Can we just get one?" I asked, glancing up at the crazy man. "I don't want the flavours mixing together and getting all gross."
This made the Doctor beam brighter.
"They don't mix together!" He said, kissing me on the forehead.
I, at once, started filling the huge cup with as many flavours as I could. I finished, but there was still room left.
"I've done all the flavours." I groaned, pulling the filled cup with me.
The Doctor shook his head and smiled, pulling me to a small corner. One, last flavour sat there.
"The TARDIS flavour?" I asked incredulously.
The Doctor laughed at my surprise.
"The shopkeeper went on a trip with me once, and claims this flavour matches the TARDIS's... Something, I forget." He rambled.
I sampled the flavour and couldn't begin to describe it. Delicious, all I can say.
The Doctor and I pushed the cup out of the door and into the TARDIS, putting it in the walk-in freezer. The Doctor immediately began fiddling with the controls.
"Where to next, an ice cream parlour where you can get sixty scoops?" I asked, smiling at the embarrassed Doctor.
"Well, no." He said, rubbing his wrist, from pushing the cup. "I wanted to go somewhere romantic. Y'know, that's what coupley-type things like us do, right?"
I kissed the Doctor lightly, making him blush more.
"Let's go do couple things." I said, smiling at the flustered Time Lord.
He ran about the controls like it was Christmas, which was actually one month away. Well, maybe not a month. I don't understand time all that much yet. The TARDIS rumbling and shaking shook me from my thoughts. We landed violently and the TARDIS hummed angrily.
"Sorry sexy. He's distracted." I mumbled, running my hands on the console.
The Doctor picked me up like koalas would be, me wrapping my legs around his stomach and him hugging me. He walked outside awkwardly, lumbering like a bear because of my extra weight. I slid off of him, down to his feet, giggling. The Doctor shook his head and picked me up, letting me walk. We strolled down an empty walkway, past a bustling city.
"Doctor, I'm quite cold." I said carefully, trying not to ruin the mood. "If I knew we were going to London in the middle of winter, I would've dressed warmer."
The Doctor stared at me.
"You're cold?" He asked. "Cold?"
I nodded, widening my eyes at the miffed man.
He walked back into the TARDIS, coming back with two, extremely thick winter's jackets. One was army green and the other was purple. I reached for the purple one, but he handed me the green one.
"Oh, oops." He breathed, blushing again.
I shrugged on the coat and zipped up mine, then the Doctor's because he looked lost and confused. He slipped his hand in mine as we wandered down the empty pathway. We reached a small grove and he stopped in the middle of it. A small gap in the thick canopy let snowflakes fall through in a rushed flurry. The Doctor pulled me close to his chest, placing his face in my hair, breathing deeply.
"Dreamer." He whispered.
"Doctor." I smiled.
He laughed quietly but then pulled away from me, staring into my eyes. He bent down on both knees, but then shook his head and got on one, looking very worried and flustered.
"Dreamer. We're soul mates and loved each other on Gallifrey, to today." He said, smiling up at me. "I know that you can really ask someone to be your soulmate, but it isn't official until you do a soulmate joining. Which we never did. I wish to keep you close to me, forever. In sickness and in health. Wait, that's part of the ceremony. Oh, yeah! I want to be with you forever, to make you mine and only mine. Will you, Dreamer, be the only one in my life? Will you be my soulmate?"
The Doctor sucked in a breath as he held my hand in his. I stared down at him.
"You didn't even have to ask." I whispered, jumping on the man and bowling him to the ground.
"I didn't even get to put the ring on!" He complained.
I held out my hand as he put on the ring. It had three engraved polar bears, and three different coloured sides.
I squealed as he picked me up and carried me to the TARDIS, kicking open the door while kissing me gently. He placed me gently on the bed, not leaving my side.
"I'm pretty sure I love you more now." I said, kissing his cheek.
He pulled me close to him and closed his eyes.
"I can't love you more than infinity."
