vi. ON IMPULSE
✢ ✢ ✢
After Scott finally caught Sean, after eating the innards of a deputy and attacking Melissa, atop of the roof with none other than Liam Dunbar, things turned back quicker than expected. While Foster was finding bags upon bags full of dead bodies with Lydia and Parrish, Scott had accidentally injured Liam, resulting in either a sprained or broken ankle. Either way, that didn't matter now because while battling Sean, Scott had to bite Liam's arm in order to keep the freshman from falling off of the roof.
Which was the reason as to why Scott sent out an SOS text message to Foster and Stiles, pleading from them to meet him back at his house. Now they currently had a more than terrified freshman on their hands who just saw a cannibal, a Wendigo, a werewolf, and apparently a guy with no mouth who axed Sean off.
Foster's first experience with the supernatural paled in comparison to that. If that were her introduction to all things Beacon Hills, she would have gone running for the hills. By now, though, the blonde was in way too deep.
Both Foster and Stiles waited on Scott's front porch, the werewolf tugging the door open and issuing his two friends into the house.
Scott was raiding them on what Stiles had told Sheriff Stilinski, meaning that they hid the fact that Scott currently had Liam trapped in his house in order to explain to him what he just witnessed.
"Like I said, I told my dad everything I could," Stiles explained to his frantic friend, Scott being a complete mess as of right now.
"But you didn't tell him about Liam?" Scott pressed, his voice tight and pained.
"You barely told us about Liam," Stiles pointed out, shrugging.
Cutting in, Foster questioned, "Where even is the kid?"
Sheepishly, Scott informed, "He's upstairs."
"Doing what?" Foster inquired, Scott pausing at the end of the staircase.
He shot her a pleasant smile, explaining, "Lying down."
By upstairs lying down, Scott apparently meant lying down in the bathroom. Hence why he was directing Stiles and Foster into the bathroom with him, Foster hearing the sounds of muffled cries coming from inside the room. Glancing toward her boyfriend, Foster raised a brow.
"Please, for the love of God, tell me you didn't do what I think you did," Foster breathed, her lips pressed in a tight line as she stared at the shower curtain in front of her.
Finally, Scott grabbed the end of the shower curtain and pulled it all the way to the side. In front of them, lying in the tub, was Liam Dunbar wrapped with stand after strand of duct tape. It would around his torso, down to his legs, and just for safety, Scott made sure to put a stand of duct tape smack across his lips. The brunette squirmed, his brown eyes widening when he spotted Stiles and Foster on either side of Scott.
Gaping, Foster merely stared down at the boy in front of her. Her first question was why he put Liam in the tub out of all places? Melissa knew about the supernatural, she would understand how serious this situation was.
Liam stared up at the Stilinski boy, recognizing him immediately. He shot him a pleading look, begging to be let go. Although, knowing that Stiles was Scott's best friend, he didn't find that likely to happen. But the blonde on Scott's right was a completely different story, to say the least. Liam had absolutely no idea who she was, which meant that maybe she'd feel some remorse and let him go.
Instead, she glanced over toward Scott and Stiles, inquiring, "Do you think if I told him this was all just a dream, he'd believe me? Because I'm pretty sure kidnapping is considered a crime in most parts of California."
