Mik's POV Ch. 6

I couldn't concentrate on what was going on. My mind was completely blown, I mean this guy could have saved me from all the pain, blood, hate, and of course more pain.

As he was reading from the syllabus I made sure I looked at the paper or away from him. My mind was going a mile a minute. The only thing that I could say right then was I hoped he didn't remember or realize it was me in the hotel those two days so many years ago.

You know I just realized that he is bad fucking luck, the first time I got molested he showed up and the first time I got raped he showed up, ether that or he had horse shit timing. I was lost in thought when I heard him say, "Ok now that we are done reading through the syllabus," I sighed I would have to read it when I got home. "We are going to get to know each other better, I know that most of you have known each other for ever but I've only meet, like one of you guys." He finished saying with a smile then he looked at the seating chart and said "Ok let's start with Skylar Sweetermen."

With that Sky stood up. "Ok, we'll firstly I go by Sky, secondly, I'm gay," he said in a mock gay voice, everyone started laughing because Mr. Faust's expression, it was priceless, then he quickly started laughing too, "Anyway I'm also an only child." After he finished he sat down.

"Ok, Cassandra De'Andre."

"Well first off its nice to see you agin Da... I mean Mr. Faust and just so everyone knows he's my cousins best friend, so theirs one thing, I go by Cassy now, and I get to sit by my two best friends." She smiled when she was finished. Oh my god I can't believe she knew Mr. Faust.

"Nice to see you too, Cassy. Any way moving on, Andrew Backman." Ahh so that's the new kids name.

"Most people call me Andy, I'm also gay, and I think Sky is cute." I could see him blushing as he sat down,I also saw Sky give him a big smile. Well I guess they don't need my help.

"Mikayla Roberts?" He called.

I took a deep breath and stood up. I put my fake smile on and looked at the class and said, "Most people call me Mik, I have on little brother, and I love to read and write." I didn't look at him once while I was talking.

He kept calling people's names, most of the girls were trying to seem sophisticated but they seemed more like whores. I was still smirking at some of the answers at people gave him when he said, "Ok, just to be fair y'all get to ask me one question a piece." Every one and I mean everyone besides me, myself and I, raised their hands.

I could feel him staring at me so I turned a little in my seat I saw hi, smirking and he said, "Well I find it better if we get the reluctant ones done with first so... Mik what's your question for me?

I was taken by surprise but thought quickly and asked the cliche question, "Why did you start teaching?" With a smirk, I saw him smile.

"Well when I was younger I had two separate chances to save a little girl," my eyes widened and I turned to face him and wondered if he was talking about me," and I didn't take ether of them after the second time I vowed to help any and every person I could." While he was talking he had a dazed expression, but after he was done he looked me in the eyes and his eyes widened in shock like mine had when I first saw him this morning.
