Chapter 56: Jeon Jungkookie~

Minah's POV

I squinted my eyes as I felt the sun's rays entering my room. I groaned, stretching my arms out as I turned to the other side.

I lazily grabbed my phone from the side table, almost dropping it because I was half asleep.

I scrolled through my contacts as I ran through Taehyung's name. I was about to dial it but cancelled it right after realizing he wasn't here.

I sat up from the bed, curling up with my comforter wrapped around me. I hesitated before dialling Jungkook's number.

"Hello?" he greeted as I threw my body back on bed.

"Kookie, can you come over?" I asked.

"You just woke up, didn't you?" he chuckled through the phone.

"Is it that obvious?" I sarcastically said as I chuckled.

"Well just from hearing your voice I could tell you're still being a lazy bum on bed." he chuckled as I blushed.

"Hey, cut it out. So, could you come over? I wanted to go shopping and I don't have anyone to accompany me." I said as I stared out the window.

"Shopping? With me? Are you serious? Don't you have anyone else to be with you?" he said as I felt quite offended.

I paused for a few seconds before responding. "Hey, it's okay if you don't want to. I'll understand, I'll just find someone else to be with."

"No, I don't mean it like that. It's not like I don't want to. It's just that I don't usually do these things but I would be glad to accompany you." he said as I widely smiled.

"Thank you, Kookie. I appreciate it, although I know you don't really want to." I said.

"I already told you it's alright. I'm totally fine with it as long as it's for you." he chuckled as I smiled.

"So when are you coming over?" I asked as I stood up, looking for something nice to wear.

"I'm leaving the house right now. Be ready before I arrive." he said.

"Alright, see you then. Bye Kookie!" I smiled as I heard him chuckle before I ended the call.

I threw my phone on the bed as I rushed to the bathroom to take a shower.

After a few minutes, my phone vibrated. I wrapped my hair with a towel as I took my phone.

I sat on the bed with my towel wrapped around tightly on my body as I read the message.

"Goodmorning, angel. I miss you so much, I hope you have a good day even if I'm not there with you. I hope to see you soon, I love you baby! <3"

I smiled as I held my phone close. I missed him so much. It's just been almost a week since he left but I already want him home.

I sighed as I immediately replied.

"Goodmorning, Taetae. I miss you too. It's different without you here. Please come home soon, I love you so much. Always take care, Tae. <3"

I sent it as I quickly got dressed. Jungkook might be waiting for me.

I quickly glanced at the mirror as I combed my hair and applied make up.

I was about to put on my shoes when my phone vibrated.

"I'm waiting outside. :)"
