Chapter 45: Home Sweet Home

Taehyung's POV

"I'm going to miss you Taehyung-ah..." noona said as she held my hand.

She's been my nurse who took care of me when my parents can't even visit me or talk to me...

Sigh* "I'm going to miss you too, noona. I bet there's no other nurse like you back in Korea. You took care of me like your little brother. I want to thank you for spending time with me and taking care of me. Thank you for listening to me even if I know you can't help me, thank you. Thank you so much.." I said as I hugged her. We are flying back to Korea next week, I'm surely going to miss her when we leave. I never met a nurse like her before..

"Don't mention it. I'm glad to help you, I hope you get well soon and please take care in Seoul. I hope you come and visit me here before you leave." she smiled.

"Of course, noona. Saranghaeyo~" I said as I put my hands on my head making a big heart.

"Yah, you kid. Stop doing that, it will just make me miss you more." she said.

We both laughed as we waited for my parents to pick me up from the hospital.

Third person's POV

"Excuse me?" Mrs. Kim, Taehyung's mom, said as she called Taehyung's nurse.

"Oh, yes! Mrs. Kim, goodafternoon!" she said as she bowed 90° infront of Mrs. Kim.

"Is Taehyung asleep?" she asked her.

"Um no, he isn't." she smiled.

"Please follow me, Taehyung's been waiting for you. You should see him now." she said as led the way to Taehyung's room.

Before they could enter Taehyung's room, Mrs. Kim called her.

"What's your name by the way? I forgot to ask you." Mrs. Kim smiled.

"SeoJin. Kim SeoJin, Taehyung's nurse." she smiled.

Mrs. Kim handed her money but Seojin refused right away.

"Please accept this. I want to show my gratitude to you for taking care of my son. He's been talking about you. Thank you for taking care of him when we are not here." she said as she handed her money.

"I understand Mrs. Kim but, we do not accept money from patients or their relatives when they are only thanking us. I'm very sorry. It's my job to take care of my patients." she said.

"Oh really? Yes, I know it is your job but, you treated him as your child. His dad and I noticed how you took care of him. I hope every nurse would be like you. Please accept this, it's okay." she said as she put the money in her hand before closing it.

"I don't know. But, thank you.." she smiled as she kept the money.

Taehyung's POV

"Hello, Taehyung-ah. I missed you, how are you? Ready to go?" Umma smiled.

"Hello umma. I missed you too and I'm fine. I guess I am." I said.

I'm not really ready to leave because I would miss noona, and if you're asking me, then yes, that's how important she is to me..

"Thank you for taking care of him, Seojin. It means alot to him, I know he will surely miss you when we fly back to Seoul." umma smiled as she held noona's shoulder.

"You're welcome and Taehyung-ah, get well soon." noona smiled.

"I will, noona. I will."

"Bye, noona!" I shouted as I waved her goodbye with a smile.

"Bye, Taehyung-ah! Visit me again one day, arraseo?" she smiled.

"I will! I promise!" I smiled.

I gave her one last glance before entering our car. Noona raised her hand as she waved, smiling as she mouthed me goodbye.

"Welcome back son. We missed you, it wasn't the same without you. There wasn't anyone else with me when I'm watching football." Appa chuckled.

"It's nice to be back here again. I missed the house's scent. I missed eating the food umma cooks. Don't worry, dad. I'll make it up to you. You won't have to watch football alone anymore." I smiled.

"That's my boy. Now go on, go upstairs and spend your time in your room. You should rest for awhile. We are going to go out later. It's been awhile since we went out together. Your umma and I will wake you up before we leave." Appa smiled.

"Okay, dad. I will. Thank you!" I said before going upstairs.

"YESS! I MISSED YOU~" I yelled as I jumped on my bed hugging my favorite lion plushie.

I spread my arms and legs out wide as I deeply sighed before closing my eyes.

It's a relief to be home again. I'm sick of staying in that white, empty room where I'm usually sleeping at without even doing anything. After a few days, I would be seeing her again. Please wait for me, Park Minah. I'm coming..
