Chaeyoung said yes.
Despite the quiet flutter of nerves she felt inside her chest, she agreed to stay the night at the hotel. Maybe it was the way Jungkook looked at her, gentle and sincere. Maybe it was the warmth she felt when she was with him. Or maybe it was the way the rain began to fall heavier, wrapping the city in silver and softness.
They checked in to the most luxurious room in the hotel. As the door swung open, Chaeyoung stepped inside and gasped softly.
The suite was vast. The space was elegant, bathed in soft golden lighting, with floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the city, reflected by golden accents and warm-toned decor. A soft fire crackled in the fireplace, painting the walls in flickering amber. Everything from the velvet couches to the marble bathroom radiated quiet luxury.
For a moment, her earlier nervousness about sharing a room with Jungkook faded into the background, replaced by wonder.
"I've never stayed in a room like this before.", she said in awe, slowly turning to take it all in.
Jungkook came up behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist. "Then, I'm glad your first time is with me."
She was shocked with his action but she did not push him away. Instead, she leaned back into him, her heart beating faster with every second. Outside, the rain tapped gently against the glass. Inside, warmth spread between them as his lips found its way to the curve of her neck. It was slow and unhurried, like time had stretched just for them.
One kiss led to another, touches growing bolder, breaths hitching as clothes fell away and the chill of the weather was forgotten in the heat of each other's presence.
They made love in the hush of the room, wrapped in soft sheets and golden city light. Slow, meaningful, and tender like every touch was a confirmation of all that had grown between them.
Later, with the rain tapping against the windows and their bodies tangled in quiet warmth, Chaeyoung lay with her head against Jungkook's shoulder. His hand rested on her back, drawing soft circles, and for a long while, they did not need words.
Everything they needed was there in silence.

When the morning came, the rain had stopped and the light of dawn had turned glowing as the sun showed up for the new day.
Chaeyoung woke up first, still wrapped in Jungkook's arms. She lay on her side, pressed against him, who was curled around her from behind. They were both naked under the sheets, wrapped in the warmth they had created the night before.
Jungkook's inked arm rested above the sheets, draped protectively over her waist. His left arm was tucked beneath her neck, cradling her gently like she was something fragile.
A small smile touched her lips as the memories of last night came rushing back. His touch, his voice and the way he looked at her like she was the only thing mattered to him. He had been gentle, careful, and passionate. He never rushed or forced her. He simply gave, and in doing so, made her feel safe in a way she had not in years.
Her fingers traced the tattoos on his right arm slowly, appreciating the way they curled and flowed along his skin. As she moved, she felt something soft press against her head.
