[A week later]
"We should buy a wrestling ring. Set it up in the basement" Seth suggested.
He was sitting in the living room with Roman and Jasmine
"Why?" Roman asked
"Why not?" Seth replied "We have the room for it and it will be better than going to the performance centre to train"
"Is the roof even high enough down there?" Roman asked
"I measured" Seth answered. "It should be fine"
"Of course you did" Roman mumbled
"Jazz. What do you think?" Seth questioned.
Jasmine looked up from the magazine she was reading "I think...I should get ready for my training session with Gy"
Jasmine had been working with Gy for the past few days and he came to the house three times a week for 'adjustment weight training sessions'.
"Thanks a lot" Seth mumbled, displeased
Stephanie had been emailing Jasmine about some ideas for a new gimmick and return storyline and this time Jasmine was enthusiastic about her character. Plus, it gave her a focus other than Imperium and Dean's imminent return.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
As the sky darkened and the moon became visible, Jasmine made her way around the house, checking the blood supply levels, humming along to the music playing from her AirPods. Unaware of the buzzing from the front gate as she stepped into the basement.
Both Roman and Seth appeared at the main door at the same time.
"Well. Look who decided to show up!" Seth said as he pressed the button to open the gates.
Roman's eyes focused on the driveway as Dean's car came into view. He knew this day was coming, but he wasn't ready. As Dean got out of his car and walked towards the house, Roman was growing anxious. He and Jasmine were happy, but what would happen when she saw Dean again?. As Dean stepped inside the house, the air was immediately filled with Jasmine's scent, her human scent and it was coming from Deans clothes. Dean made eye contact with Seth and then with Roman and Roman's emotions surrounded him like a thick fog. Ressentiment, anger, fear, sadness and uncertainty.
"What's wrong, big guy? Anyone would think you weren't pleased to see me!" Dean smirked
Roman sneered
"Where's Jasmine?" Dean asked as he helped himself to a drink from the blood fridge in the kitchen
"You've got some nerve asking that after what you've done to her" Roman replied
"Why are you so bothered?" Dean asked. He looked at Roman and the other man's thoughts answered his question. "You have got to be fucking kidding me!"
"What did you expect?" Roman asked. "When you left her, she was broken-"
"Everything is so fucking easy for you, isn't it? I loved her before I even met her and you just step into my shoes the moment I'm gone"
"It wasn't like that!" Roman argued. "You left Dean. You broke your bond. She was in pain..."
"Oh, that's all right then. If she was in pain. Good old Roman can take care of it" Dean said sarcastically
"Did you not realise what breaking your bond would do to your relationship?" Roman asked
"You couldn't just leave it, could you? You had to ruin it all." Dean sneered
"If anyone ruined it all, it's you, not me!" Roman corrected.
