My life has changed a lot in the past few months and not just because I had learnt about the existence of vampires. Chad and I had continued to work together at the performance centre and bosses had been so impressed with our 'chemistry' that they had called us up to the NXT roster and have assigned us characters and a storyline. Chad's character was basically an exaggerated version of who he already is. A loud, cocky jock who believed his wrestling ability was a lot better than it actually was and I was going to be his on-screen girlfriend 'Candy' [I know. Horrible name]. A ditzy, spoilt ex-cheerleader with a wandering eye. I wasn't crazy about my character, but I was going to make the most of it. When WWE gave you an opportunity, you took it. I'd slipped back into the habit of staying at Roman, Dean and Seth's house at the weekends and Seth had promised to go shopping with me to get some new clothes for my character. He'd also dragged me to a day spa, and I knew what he was up to...

"So" Seth says as he slips into the jacuzzi beside me

"What's going on with you and Dean?" Seth asked 

There it was. I knew he was going to ask about that.

"You need to ask?" I replied "I thought you could read minds"

Seth leant forward to grab one glass from the tray nearby. He sniffed the fizzy liquid and scrunched his nose up at the smell before placing it back down on the tray.

"I can, but I thought I'd ask you directly"

"How decent of you" I replied sarcastically 

"So...?" Seth urged

"We are trying the whole relationship thing" I admitted 

"Trying?" Seth questioned 

"I don't think he's capable of a relationship" I explained 

"What makes you say that?" Seth asked 

"I seem to be the only one putting any effort into the relationship. I'm always going to him." I explained "He never comes to me!"

"Have you spoken to him about it?" Seth asked. "A relationship can't be one sided" 

"Have you dated anyone since becoming a vampire?" I asked.

"I don't really date. I'm more of a hook up kinda guy" Seth answered "and that hasn't changed since I became a vampire"

"But do you find it difficult? To be affectionate with someone?" I asked.

"Not really" Seth answered. "To be honest, I don't really think about it. Instinct kicks in and sating my libido is my only focus"

I nodded. "So why do you think Dean finds it so difficult?"

Seth shrugged. "Dean's had a stick up his ass ever since he became a vampire. I think he just needs to get over it and quit complaining"

I rolled my eyes. "Helpful."

Seth got out of the jacuzzi and he handed me one towel as I made my way over to him. We dried ourselves off and laid down on the massage bed while we waited for our massage therapist to join us.
