Chapter 45

Hailees POV

I asked the question and everyone grew silent. Lindsi looked uneasy, like she wanted to get
up and leave.

"nothing! I just wanted to say that I missed you all and I feel so horrible for leaving. It was the worst choice I've made." Lindsi said quickly.

I sighed and shook my head. I saw Lindsi and Nash get up and leave, hopefully she'll talk to him. My sister turned and flashed me a thumbs up and a weak smile. She was going to tell him!

I sat on the couch scrolling through Twitter when I heard a cry.

"Oh no.." I whispered. Matt and I looked at each other at the same time, we knew it probably wasn't good.

"IM GONNA BE A DAD!" Nash came out yelling

I guess that was fine.

"What?!" Hayes said standing up. Nash nodded happily and kissed my sister.

"Wtf! You knocked up a girl before I did ?" Cam said going over to hug Lindsi and Nash.

Ashley glared at him. "I'm joking I'm joking." Cam laughed.

Ash and Carter were both hugging the new parents and whatever when I looked over at Hayes.

"What's wrong?" I asked him.

"Nothing." He muttered grabbing his phone and walking upstairs. I guess no one noticed him leave.

"I'll be right back guys. I'm going to the bathroom." I said walking up stairs to our room.

The door was cracked open and I saw Hayes sitting there.

"Why. Why would he do that." I hear him whisper to himself.

I pushed open the door and sat down on the bed next to him.

" I heard what you said." I said grabbing his hand.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to I'm so happy for your sister and my brother and everything and I didn't-" He stuttered.

"It's okay." I said cutting him off.

"Think about it, (a/n close your eyes dream about it tell your team about go make million dollar schemes about it 😏) won't it be a good thing for their relationship?" I said laying my head on a pillow.

"Yeah sure I guess. Now Nash is gonna forget all about me and move away. " He said looking down.

"You know that's not true." I said looking at him.

"Why did a baby have to come in and ruin everything ! It's not fair ! Why did you and your sister ever come into our lives! I hate you!" He yelled all of sudden.

I was shocked that he would say that.

"What the hell man! Your so selfish you know that ? For once they're happy with something beautiful in their lives. Why don't you ever think about what's better for others besides
your self for once. I actually cherished our time but I guess you didn't." I snapped walking out.

I walked out into the living room and straight outside, no one bothered to ask where I was going.

I felt the pain of getting into a fight with my best friend, I felt the tears fall down my face but I kept walking.

I finally came to a park and sat on the swings. I felt lonely with no one here.

"Hey can we take a picture ?" I heard someone ask. I looked up and a group of girls were walking up to the swing I sat in.

I put a fake smile on.

"Sure of course." I said smiling into the cameras given to me.

"Where is Matt staying at ?" Some girl asked.

I laughed. "Do you really think I'd tell you ?"

I sat back down when another group came up. They didn't seem to friendly.

It was a girl who was like the leader of whatever of the group with blonde hair, short shorts and a floral crop top came up to me.

"Can I help you ..?" I said looking at her.

She looked pissed.

"We all know your with Hayes and you did this to him. You've probably slept with him!" She yelled.

"Huh? I'm not with Hayes. Who the hell are you? You don't even know me! I've dating 0 boys in my life where you, I bet you've dated the whole damn country." I said getting up.

"Think your funny?" She said getting in my face, I could smell that nasty coffee on her breath. God someone needs a mint.

"Princess, I'm the Queen of Funny and your worst nightmare." I laughed and swung at her landing at punch by her eye.

She stumbled back and fell on her butt screaming in pain.

I rolled my eyes.

"You haven't even seen what I got and your already on the floor." I said and she stood up.

She swung at my face and I tried to dodge and swing at the same time but she hit the side of my head.

"Ow sh|*t" ( a/n hehe see what I did there 😂)
I got back up and that girl was still on the ground.

"Get your winged eye liner and fly to hell." I spat pushing past them.

I walked over to the house, feeling my face swell and my fist throb. See and that's how you know you fought good.

I opened the door to see everyone scramble towards me.

"I was worried about you ! You know I'd get chewed up if you got hurt- wait what the hell happened to your face?" Matt said grabbing my chin and turning my face gently.

"I'm fine." I said through gritted teeth and walked right past everyone despite them asking me if I was okay.

I went into the bathroom, locked the door and inspected the damage.

I chuckled at the sight of my bruised eye and cheek. But it hurt like hell. I touched it and winced. I bandaged my fist and washed the cut on my bottom lip.

I got in the shower, and just started to cry remembering what Hayes said.

Flashback

"Why did you and your sister ever have to come into our lives! I hate you!" Hayes yelled.

The pain I felt was horrible.

It felt even worse thinking about it.

I felt my eyes shut slowly slowly....
