---2 weeks later ---

Hailees POV

Summer is over and honestly I just want to hide under my bed and go back to sleep. 

My mom was thinking of buying a house for the longest time so she found one near the Grier house so Lindsi and Nash can be around each other for when the baby is born.

And yes , mom did find out. It wasn't the reaction I expected. She was pissed but she was happy for them.

Anyways I was enrolled in the same high school as Hayes so we started today.

I woke up that morning tired as always. It was 7:30 am and we start at 8 am and I'm slow so
I jumped in the shower really fast😂.

At 7:35 I was out and doing my hair and brushing my teeth. I put a pair of black ripped jeans on and a white crop top with pizzas all over it and maroon vans. I grabbed my bag and headed downstairs to see Hayes sitting on my kitchen table eating pancakes and bacon.

"And mother what about me?" I said sitting in the chair next to him.

My mom laughed from where the stove where she was cooking.

"Good morning to you too sunshine." Hayes laughed ruffling my hair.

"Do not touch the hair ." I said grabbing his hand from the head.

I grabbed a piece of bacon off of his plate and popped it into my mouth.

"Did I say you could have my bacon?"

"Hell yeah you did." I laughed .

"Here take your food on the road your gonna be late." My mom said placing the food in front of me.

The three of us went outside to get in the car.

"Hayes whats your schedule ?" I ask putting my back pack next to his.

"Here take a look." He said passing me a piece of paper.

"The only class we don't have together is the first period. " I said handing him the paper.

"Okay kiddies have a good day." My mom said unlocking the car.

"I'll try." I laughed.

Hayes and I walked down the side walk to the school where swarms of kids were standing around waiting for school starting time.

"Oh damn." Hayes sighed.

"You'll be fine kid. Now cmon!" I said grabbing his arm.

Some dudes walked up to Hayes and started high fiving him and all that crap. Since Hayes and I were at different high schools for our freshman year, he knows everyone here and sadly the only person I know is Hayes.😂

We're both sophomores this year and my first day and a new highschool I'm standing like an awkward mess.

I went to sit down on an empty bench since doors open at 8 and it was 7:55.

I was just scrolling on my phone until someone came up to me.

"Oh hi." I said looking up.

"Hi I'm Sidney!" This girl with a light brown colored hair and green eyes said.

"I'm Hailee."

"You must be new here. You a sophomore too?" She asked.

"yes and yes." I laughed.
