Harley's pov
I opened my eyes my head, my head was pounding my vision was slightly blurry and I had no clue where I was. I blinked a few times and my vision settled "oh look the clown is awake" I looked up to see Rebekah standing by the truck's back entrance while Stefan was standing right above me. "Where are we?" Stefan looked down and helped me up.

"We're in Mystic Falls" my heart sank, if we were in Mystic Falls then that meant Klaus must've figured out about Elena and if he figured out about Elena that meant she was in danger and if she was in danger

I tried to push past Rebekah but she threw my back "nice try but you're not going anywhere" she said smugly "where's Klaus?" Stefan asked angry "with any luck ripping that bloody cows head off" my vampire face came out and I watched as Stefan flew at Rebekah throwing her out the truck and landing on top of her.

I took that as a sign and I sped out. I noticed we were at the high school so I broke in. I quietly searched the building hoping I didn't run into Klaus but I also hoped I found Elena before he did. I broke open a few classroom doors but no luck. I stood in the middle of the hallway and took a deep breath. I slowed down my breathing, closed my eyes and listened just like Stefan taught me.

At first I just heard a lot of heartbeats until finally I heard Elena's voice. I opened my eyes and vamp sped towards her. I threw open the gyms doors to see Klaus, Elena, Bonnie, and Matt. "What's going on?" I asked just as Rebekah walked in with Tyler. "I'm gonna make this simple, every time I try to turn a werewolf into a hybrid they die during the transition. It's quite horrible actually".

Klaus bit himself and fed his blood to Tyler "fuck" I whispered out "I need you to find a way to save my hybrids Bonnie and for Tyler's sake you better hurry" he cracked Tyler's neck and threw him to the ground. "Rebekah you didn't do a good job of taming the hostages" Klaus sped over to me and threw me into the bleachers "Harley" Elena called out to me as I groaned "okay could everyone stop throwing me around".

Klaus grabbed Elena's arm and pulled her close to him "Bonnie go on and find a way to save them while I'll keep Elena and Harley as safe keeping. Clocks ticking" Bonnie and Matt left the gym and I didn't dare move. Klaus knew that I was double triple agent or whatever. He was never going to trust me again and more importantly I had to make sure Elena was safe.

I banged my head against the bleachers hoping I would make a plan or something I mean what's the point of having a PhD if it can't help you do anything. "Please stop that love you're going to give yourself a headache and ruin my mood" I stopped banging to look over at Klaus who was sitting next to me. "You know you're a great actress. I really did believe you were loyal to me I guess I should've known once I saw you alive that you were anything but".

"You betrayed me. You killed me" he didn't say anything so I looked up to meet eyes with him "that was always your plan though huh? You and Joker had a plan and you executed it perfectly right? Except for the fact that I'm still alive so technically you deceived me" Klaus smirked at me "I suppose you're right".

We stayed silent and I realized whatever attraction I had towards him wasn't even about him but about the image I made of him how he was so different from Joker when in reality he was just as bad if not worse, Klaus was just more charming. Jeez I have bad taste in men.

Just then the doors flew open again only to reveal Stefan. Elena stood up "Stefan" I looked at Elena and it was as if a light had went off in her. I looked back at Stefan to see that he had ignored her "Klaus— "come to save your damsel?" Klaus mocked him but Stefan continued.

"I came to ask for your forgiveness. To pledge my loyalty" Klaus scoffed "well you broke that pledge once already" Stefan practically cut him off "Elena means nothing to me anymore" I watched Elena and whatever light had been flicked on in her died. Klaus stood up and walked over to Elena "alright well let's drink on it! Kill them" Stefan didn't move I looked at him and I could see his heart wasn't in it and if I could see it, so could Klaus.
