Once Normani had escaped from the loud voices of her parents, she took off down the dimly lit street.

Not only was she upset and cold, but afraid. Afraid because it was almost one in the morning and she was alone.

She kept running, pulling her jacket tighter around her torso hoping for warmth. She finally stopped at a deserted intersection, bending over to catch her breath.

The low rumble from an engine caused he to look up and back up from the black vehicle.

The window rolled down and Normani was taken aback by the beauty of the girl inside of the vehicle. She no longer felt scared, but intrigued.

"Hi Princess, what are you doing out so late?" Her voice sounded from the expensive car.

"I'm cold," Normani blurted out. Nice one, Mani.

The woman chuckled. "Would you like a ride?"

Normani's teeth chattered as she replied, "No thanks."

She started to feel rain droplets falling onto her shoulders and shuddered.

"Are you sure?"

Normani eagerly climbed into the car and was immediately engulfed into warmth.

"Thank you," She breathed, glancing at the taller girl.

"Are you headed home?"

Normani shuddered, "Anywhere but there."

"Rough night?"

"You could say that."

"My names Dinah," The woman stated, turning onto the highway.

"Normani."

The ride was quiet until reality hit Normani.

"Where are we going? Let me out right now, I don't even know you," She stated quickly, unbuckling her seatbelt.

"Calm down, Princess," Dinah said nonchalantly. "First of all, we're on a highway, you're much better off with me than some forty year old man, and second of all, you got into my car willingly. Also I'd like to mention that it is pouring rain -,"

"Okay I get it," The distraught girl huffed, buckling her seat belt for the second time.

"Where are we going?"

"To my house? You told me you didn't want to go home.... "Anywhere but there"," She mocked the older girl.

"Okay."

"You look a bit older than me, shouldn't you have your own car?"

"My family is very poor and I have yet to buy a car," Normani explained, peering out the window. "You seem to be in the opposite situation."

Dinah laughed and looked over at the other girl, "My family is very wealthy, yes. But I no longer live with my parents and siblings, I live alone."

The thought of being alone with the large girl both excited and frightened her.

Dinah looked over and saw the fear in the smaller girls face and reached over to pay her hand. "I'm not going to hurt you."

Normani simply nodded, looking down at Dinah's hand, which was still placed firmly against hers. Her eyes traveled over a bit to Dinah's lap, noticing a small bulge.
