If Only {3}

Chapter 3:
-Mal-
"Come on, Mal." Evie prodded.

"No." I replied looking at my book.

"Why?"

"Because I don't like shopping."

"Every girl likes shopping"

With that, I slammed my book shut and climbed off of my bed.

"I'm going to the library." I muttered and walked out of the dorm room.

I've been getting annoyed easily since Evie told me about Ben having to marry someone.

Obviously, he's not going to propose to me, the kingdom will be disappointed in him if he does. I'm the daughter of the most hated villain of all time. I might be good now, but the kingdom doesn't believe that.

I sighed and walked in the entrance of the library. I headed straight towards the young adult section.

Looking at the shelves, I finally found one that I thought was interesting. It was called Peter and the Starcatchers. (A/N Has anyone read or heard of this book? It's my favorite book of all time)

I started reading as I walked towards the check-out desk. Then I ran into something.

I looked up and was met with the bright blue orbs of my boyfriend. I smiled and stepped back.

"Hey, Benny-Boo." I mocked.

He glared at me and said, "Don't start with that again, Princess."

I rolled my eyes. "What book are you looking for?"

"I'm not looking for a book, I'm was looking for you."

"Oh, is that so?"

"Yep."

"And why are you looking for me?"

"I came to ask you on a date."

"Hmm, let me think about it."

He rolled his eyes.

"Yeah, I guess I can fit you in. Right between my magazine photoshoot and mani pedi."

He laughed and kissed my forehead. "Come on, let's go."

"Wait, we going now?"

"Yes, now come on."

"Wait, I have to go get changed."

He sighed and nodded.

He walked me to my dorm and said, "I'll be back in half and hour. Should that be long enough?"

I nodded and kissed him on the cheek. I opened the door and walked in.

Evie looked up and squealed.

"Come on, we have to get you ready!" she rushed dragging me over to the closet.

"How did you know Ben and I were going on a date?" I asked.

"You had that loving look in your eye that you only get when you're with Ben. And he said he was coming to get you in 30 minutes."

She grabbed a purple lace dress off the hanger and shoved in into my arms.

"Go change." she commanded.

I groaned and walked over to the connected bathroom.

This is going to be a long thirty minutes.

Sorry this didn't have the date in it, but I wanted it to be in separate chapters. And also I want to apologize if this isn't any good, I wrote this at 2:30 in the morning.
