If Only {17}

Chapter 17:
Mal had decided something.

She needed to prove to herself that she was truly evil. Not to mention, that her mother most likely thought she was slacking off.

But how was she to do such a task? And what would that task be?

She looked into the distance and saw the faraway castle of Auradon. Yet again, there were purple lights shining from the turrets. If only she knew what they were for.

The gears in her head started turning. She looked again from her window and saw a old, tattered sign, displaying the former King Beast and his then 15 year old son, Ben.

"Oh, this will be good."

Ben stood on the tiny amount of beach that was in front of the barrier. Carlos was next to him fiddling with the box.

"Do you really think this will work?" the bleach blonde boy asked the King.

"I don't know. I hope so. If we have Dracul on our side, it will be easier to get to Mal. If it doesn't work, at least we tried."

Carlos nodded and placed the box on the ground. He pressed a button and a bolt of electricity was sent at the barrier.

The barrier opened just enough to fit the group of teenagers one by one.

Ben went first and was followed by the rest of the group.

The King turned to Melody. "Do you think you can find him?"

"I think so."

The girl started walking and everyone else followed, not really sure where they were going.

Mel led them to into an alleyway and motioned for them to stop. "He's coming."

"Does she have some sort of tracker on him or something?" Jay mumbled.

Mel turned to him. "No, just intuition." She smiled sweetly and turned back to the entrance of the alley.

Evie nudged Ben. "How is she going to get him to remember?"

"I don't really know."

"I think the only way would be to talk to him..."

Melody seemed to grab something and drag it into the alley. She pushed it into the wall and revealed that it was Dracul.

He appeared to be freaked out and about to say something, but was interrupted by Melody smashing her lips onto his.

"That works too." Evie said.

Jay turned to Ben. "Should we give them space or..."

Melody pulled away from the heated kiss and whispered something in Dracul's ear. He visibly relaxed and pulled the girl into his chest.

"Melcul for life." Carlos declared.

"Melcul for life." the rest of the group agreed.

So hi. What's up? I'm just chilling like a cool person and fangirling about that #Melcul moment.

That was a lie. I'm not cool.
