Naoya and Ranta finally arrived home. Although they were exhausted after a long journey, they still had to present themselves to the king. The younger members of the Hei marched toward the king's hall where the Zen'in kings were already waiting for them. Both young men knelt before the monarchs. Naoya had mentally prepared for this moment during the journey, ready to deliver both good and bad news.
"I'm glad to see you returned safely." Queen Nozomi welcomed them from her throne, setting aside the blanket she was weaving for her soon-to-be baby.
"Where's the girl?" King Toji cut straight to the chase when he noticed that his cousins had arrived empty-handed.
"We couldn't convince her to come," Naoya muttered, still kneeling.
"We couldn't even convince her to like Naoya," Ranta sneered. Naoya glared him down.
"But it wasn't just that. She's engaged to King Sukuna, and the wedding was yesterday." Naoya defended himself.
"Mazel tov," Toji grunted in frustration.
"Do you have any good news?" Nozomi asked quickly to appease her husband.
"We discovered that King Sukuna has King Geto's body," Naoya reported.
Both kings looked at him in shock at the news. "King Geto?!"
"His body is possessed by a curse named Kenjaku, who is currently Queen Sukuna's master, and it seems that King Geto still lives inside him."
Toji's face transformed, leaving behind the shock and giving way to a smile of triumphant euphoria. What he had just discovered gave him a unique advantage over King Gojo, a resource no one else possessed: a master key capable of opening any door and obtaining any favor within the Gojo Kingdom or Geto Kingdom. Suddenly, the possibility of an alliance with the Kamo became irrelevant, a minor concern overshadowed by the magnitude of his discovery.
"Anything else?" Toji inquired.
"We obtained a map of Sukuna's Kingdom for a future invasion," Naoya replied.
Ranta solemnly approached the king and handed him the scroll with his head bowed. The king examined the ancient map that Naoya and Ranta had stolen from Higuruma's personal library and smiled satisfied with the work of his elite team.
"I think I know what it will be the first thing we do when our firstborn is born," King Toji commented with a broad smile.
"Do they have a name yet?" Ranta inquired, curious to know the name of his new cousin.
"Megumi. Megumi Zen'in." Nozomi replied with a smile, stroking her belly.

The waves roared furiously, tossing the boat like a mere toy in the sea's clutches. Sukuna gripped the wheel tightly, knuckles straining, struggling to stay on course amidst the raging storm. You, soaked to the bone, struggled against the wind as you hoisted the white sails, which cracked like whips under the raging sky. Water seeped through every crack in the hull, lashing the deck with brutal insistence, soaking you completely and numbing your movements.
Then you saw it. In the distance, rising like a liquid mountain, a colossal wave was beginning to form. It was at least ten times larger than the small boat with which you were fighting the battle against nature... and it was heading straight for you. There was no way through it. Not even in your dreams.
Without thinking, you ran toward Sukuna, slipping on the wet deck, your heart pounding in your chest. You had to warn him, even though you knew he'd probably already seen it... and that it was, perhaps, too late.
