The bell rings signaling it's time for lunch. I bolt out of the classroom so I can get to the cafeteria early. I walk over to my locker and throw my books in and grab my lunch bag. I suddenly remember that Kenzie won't be there but at least I have Kylie and Selah.
When I enter the cafeteria, I quickly find my other two friends sitting at a table with another girl from school named Sarah. As they look my way, I wave to them and fast walk over there. "Hey," I exclaim, sitting in a chair. "Hi," they say in unison. "So where's Kenz?" Sarah asks. "She's out to lunch with her new old best friend," I spit, a tint of jealousy in my tone. "Woah woah woah. Slow down, tell us everything," Selah demands. I tell them the whole thing from her news to the sleepover to Jojo and to apologizing. "Listen guys I'm really sorry for acting all moody about this," I admit. "It's okay, you aren't really bothering us," Kylie replies. "Thanks for understanding," I smile while taking a bite of my sandwich.
"For some reason, she whispered 'time to get my plan started' but I don't know what that means though," I tell them. "That's odd," Kylie states. "I know right. I don't know if it's just me but that girl gives me bad vibes. I doubt it's anything though," I respond. They nod and we continue to eat.
