Chapter 16. The new girl

Soomi's POV

It had been 2 hours since Wonwoo left with so called Brie.
What's their relationship?
Does she know about...
Us?
I was sitting on the couch staring off into space when, some dimwit scared me.
"What's up you poop?" Steph giggled as she slid onto the couch beside me.
"Oh! Hey... How'd you get in?" I asked, from what I remembered I didn't open the door for them...
"Spare key... what were you thinking of that you couldn't even open the door for your best friend and her.... moron." I gave her a questioning look at the last part...
Moron?
Oh.... "Can I have some of this?" Mingyu asked pointing at some chips at the counter which I laid out with the rest of the party supplies.
"Help yourself" I answered Mingyu ignoring Steph's question...
I didn't really want to tell her about Wonwoo and I, just yet.
"Sweet, babe come and try this" Mingyu motioned for Steph.
"Babe?!? Mingyu I'm going to murder you!!" Steph shouted running towards Mingyu, who was running around with a bowl of chips.
I chuckled at their cuteness and sighed as the picture of Wonwoo and Brie snuck back into my head....
Was there something wrong?
*ding dong
I got up ignoring Mingyu's pleads from the kitchen, and opened the door.
"Hi.... may I help you?" I asked looking at the couple... or what seemed like the couple infront of me.
"What's up, I'm Vernon and this is my chick Moha" the guy answered.
Vernon... weird and unusual name.
But Moha seemed cool.
"Not your chick! And hi my name is Moha ^^" the girl said sticking her hand out.
I shook it and looked at Vernon who was smirking.

"Nice to meet you ^^ My name is Soomi"

"Sooo..... where's Wonwoo

"Yo!" Mingyu hollered from inside before i could tell him, that i had no idea.
Vernon left Moha and I on the doorstep.
"Well... come on in" I ushered Moha into the house so she could meet Steph.

Vernon's POV

"Bro... I think I'm in love" I told Mingyu.
He looked at me weirdly and replied with a daddy's smile on his face.
"I can see why... she's hot!"
"No! Well... yes! But no." I stuttered
"Sure... how'd you meet a chick like her anyways?" Mingyu asked leaning on the counter.
"Well....

I was walking to my favorite cafe so I could meet my mom's friend's daughter. Apparently she was new so I was requested to show her around.
Ughhh....
I don't even know how she looks like, how am I possibly expected to find her?
A little bell chimed when I walked in, and looked around.
There was NO ONE there.
I walked to the counter and rang the desk bell for a waitress.
There was no answer.
"Hello?" I asked.
Suddenly...
"Welcome to... the dragon pearl cafe.." I girl yawned, popping up from behind the counter.
"Oh... can I get an iced americano?" I asked, eyeing her as she rubbed her eyes and stiffled a yawn.
"Sure iced or regular?" She asked rubbing her neck
Wow.... when the hair is out of her face, she's actually...
Really hot.
I smirked and winked at her saying
"Didn't I already say? I wanted it iced"
She blushed and tapped a few things into the cashier.
"That would be 5000 won please."
I paid her and she left to get my drink.

She doesnt look very korean... 

Her Korean seems a little weird...
Like she was just getting used to it....
I wonder if she's new.

"So... no one here today huh?" i asked her, eyeing her hands as she fumbled with the cups.

"Uh yeah.... it's my first day... forgive me" she said passing me the empty cups.

I chuckled, she's cute.... i wonder if she can be one of my sides.... you know? like a girl to play with. She's definitely hot enough, just to show off but.... hmm... let's try.

"Not hard at all" i said in English handing her both detached cups, that's what makes all the girls fall for me.

"Oh you speak English ^^ i do too" she responded. Oh? she's not blushing? She's not asking me for my number so i can help her study English? That's what happens when i flirt with a girl......
