Always sneaking around.

Wanting to ignore

The clues that I found.

Not belonging to me.

Wondering if you're untrue

Or if faithful you'll ever be.

Shying away

From my adoring touch.

Lovingly thirsting

I miss you so much.

Thoughts of those days

My mind drifts to

Willing to help us

I'll do anything I need to.

But you are too busy

Caught up in yourself

And as far as hurt feelings

We still have not dealt.

Looking back at what could have been

Is my futures outlook

And our signatures have been added

To those sad ending books.

Walking away

With my head hung down low

Not because you cheated

But because your feelings didn't show.

You guessed it, he cheated. Their relationship was like a roller coaster ride. He was allowed to do what ever he wanted but made it clear that there would be consequences if she did anything he didn't approve of. She walked on egg shells around him. Their relationship was on again, off again for several years. Even when they were "off" she still worried she would make him mad. I know Nichole was no angel and she had a temper too but no woman should ever live in fear of a man!
