Author's Pov.

In the grand living room of the Rathore Mansion, the atmosphere was thick with tension.

Amrita, her face pale and eyes restless, sat quietly, her fingers nervously twisting the end of her dupatta.

Bhavna sat beside her, worry etched in every line of her face.

“Mom, when will Dada Sa come?” Arushi asked innocently, looking up from her phone.

Amrita didn’t answer. She just kept staring at the main door, as if willing it to open.

“I don’t know, beta,” Bhavna said gently, placing a hand on Arushi’s shoulder. “They didn’t tell us anything. Not even where they went.”

Indira Devi stood near the window, her fingers clutched around her walking stick. Her sharp gaze never left the main gate.

And then—
Yamini came down the stairs.

Wearing a carefully draped saree, her lips painted with an unnatural calm, she smiled as if nothing was wrong.

“What happened? Why do you all look so serious?” she asked, her tone laced with sweetness that didn’t quite reach her eyes.

She was expecting to hear one thing—
That Priya Ghoshal was dead.
Gone.
Erased.

But the room remained silent.

Indira turned.
Her expression regal, yet irritated. “Your father, along with Arjun, Abhimaan, and Adhiraj, left without informing any of us.”

“Oh…” Yamini said, trying not to let her smirk slip. “That’s strange… maybe something urgent came up?”

Amrita’s eyes shot up. Red-rimmed. Suspicious.

“Yamini, do you know anything?”

Yamini blinked. “Me? Of course not. I was just resting in my room. I didn’t even know they were gone.”

Bhavna exchanged a glance with Indira.

Pranav paced restlessly, phone clutched in hand, trying each number again and again.
“No one’s picking up…” he muttered under his breath, brows furrowed.

The main door slammed open.

And in walked Abeer, eyes red with rage, a gun clutched in his hand.

Yamini stood at the stairs, confused for a second—then fearful.

Behind him came the storm.

Adhiraj. Tejprataap. Abhimaan. Arjun. Abhay. Anuradha. Ridhima. And Priya.

The entire family.
Together.

“You cult woman!” Abeer spat, his eyes filled with betrayal and disgust.
“You’re the reason everything fell apart! You made me a murderer—You told me lies, you poisoned me against my own blood! You told me they tortured you… but YOU—” his voice cracked.

He paused, eyes glassy.

“I feel disgusted to even admit… that I was born from you.”

A gasp rippled through the room.
Indira Devi stumbled back—her hand to her chest—realizing the horrifying truth.
