The evening bustled with people moving around, workers decorating the mansion, ladies talking, children playing, youngsters busy in themselves. Sohee walked out of her room, dressed in an elegant blue saree, the silver border of it shimmered beautifully. Areum saw her and froze on her steps. Her eyes sparkled, Sohee's eyes met with her, she smiled and bounced her eyebrow, Areum showing a sign of looking beautiful. Sohee laughed and nodded. 

Unfortunately, there was water on the floor and her sandals slipped, a gasp left her lips. She closed her eyes, ready to kiss the floor, until two veiny arms wrapped around her waist. The man looked at her with a concerned frown. She slowly opened her eyes and her eyes met his. Her heart skipped a beat and cheeks flushed red. The man looked so handsome and cute like a bunny. He asked “You ok?”

“Y-yea thanks” She said standing straight. Looking down, the man smiled and said “Careful, decorations are going on”

She nodded, tugging a hair strand behind her ear. The man chuckled and walked upstairs, Sohee stared at his back, her heart ached, she wished she met him earlier. Maybe, he should have married her instead of someone else. 

The door to their room opened as Jungkook entered, dressed in a black jeans and a maroon shirt, his hair styled perfectly with puffy strands. Left wrist had a watch and sleeves rolled to his elbows showing his veiny arms. His breath hitched the very moment his eyes fell on her—his wife, Taehyung. She sat on the dressing table. 

The beautiful maroon Saree with golden border shimmered beautifully under the light, the delicate yet intricate thread work added four moons to her appearance. The anklets on her ankles jingled beautifully, her face had minimal makeup with a dark red lipstick. Her nose-ring small and delicate, ears adorned with golden bowl shaped earrings upside down with delicate shimmers chiming. She was wearing bangles, she wore alta in her hands and feet. 

“Jaan” He whispered, her moments stopped, she looked up. He was standing leaning against the door frame. She smiled and asked “You came?”

He hummed, she focused back wearing her bangles and asked “Where were you?”

“In your thoughts” He replied in a dazed state, his eyes never leaving her. Blush crept on her cheeks and nose. She chuckled and said “Hmm?”

“Downstairs” He said with a chuckle. She nodded, he walked behind her and wrapped his arms around her, keeping his chin on her shoulder. He whispered “How beautiful you are looking”

“You just think that,” She said with a small delighted laugh. He shook his head with a knowing smile and whispered “Even God agrees”

“You also na” She said, pushing his face away in shyness. He laughed and kissed her cheek playfully. Her eyes widened as she glared at him and muttered “don't you feel shy?”

“No” He replied in an instant, making her blush. He chuckled and said “Shall we go?”

She nodded, she stood up. He intertwined their hands and started walking forward, her cheeks flushed red and a shy smile adorned her lips, she tugged on his sleeve and said “What others will think?”

He leaned closer, his lips brushing against her ears, “That I'm holding what's mine”

She slapped his chest, making him laugh. Blushing, she followed him. They walked downstairs, everyone's eyes fell on them. Eungyeol coughed and looked at his newspaper while Jaehwon smirked. Their friends started passing them a teasing smile. Sohee stood there smiling, her heart aching staring at someone. 

Soobin walked towards Jungkook and winked. Jungkook rubbed his nape, his ears flushing red. He turned to Eunyoo said “Mom we will return till 10”

“Arey, even if you return tomorrow, no worries. You are married, Son” Eunyoo said with a shake of her head, a mischievous glint in her eyes. Jungkook cleared his throat and said “Y-yeah”
