Chapter 11

Oli's POV

The music was sort of getting a bit much so I had to get out of there.
Mostly I just had her on my mind.
The moment she said 'maybe when things aren't complicated' I knew what I had to do.
It was wrong that I kissed my best friend's girl. Joe would never pull something like that with me. I should never have done it. She hadn't spoken to me since, which means she hated it and I couldn't stand that I hadn't been able to stop thinking about her.
The driver dropped me off at my hotel which thankfully contained no fans in the lobby at the moment.
I found my way up to the room and shut the door behind me. I was sharing a room with Caspar so I left early so I could be by myself.
I pulled out my phone and scrolled to the contact. Joe.
I pressed call and waited for the phone to ring. I couldn't keep it from him. I just had to tell him how much of a dick I was. I needed to tell him what happened and that it would never happen again.
"Oli Oli Oli Oli Oli" Joe answered the phone that mimicked the outro of all my videos.
"Hey man." I said rather cautiously.
"You alright mate?" He asked.
"Yah I'm gonna just go out and say it." I breathed in and out deeply. "I kissed Rachel." I paused and waited for his response.
"That's great man."
It for sure wasn't what I was expecting to hear. He actually sounded genuine and not sarcastic in the slightest.
"Are you serious man?" I asked.
"Yah of course. Why would I care I'm not dating her."
That is what really got me.
"What?" I was extremely confused.
"Yah I mean we hung out when she was here but we didn't date and we aren't now." When he said it a lot of things were clicking into place.
"Oh my god." I said out loud. Joe heard it too I presume. I let out one of those 'how could I have been so stupid' sighs and leaned back on the bed.
"You alright mate?" Joe asked me again.
"No I'm good I've just got to do something. I'll call you when I get back." I said. Joe said goodbye and we hung up.
I knew I needed to call Rachel. To get everything sorted.
Just as I was going to call her, there was a knock at the door.
