She'd finally finished sewing it herself: a bright, bubblegum-pink bodysuit with frills around the sleeves, goggles on her head, and most importantly...

...a heart-shaped cut-out right over her round, wiggly butt.

Penny (nervously puffing her cheeks):
"Uwah...! Wh-what if this is too much? What if he notices?!" 😖
(she wiggles slightly)
"...Or what if he doesn't?! AHHHHHH!!"

She spun around and peeked at herself from behind, watching her soft, jiggly cheeks peek through the heart cut-out. It bounced just a little when she tiptoed. She slapped one cheek softly and gasped.

Penny:
"EEP! I-It made a sound...! C-cute science isn't supposed to be so... bouncy!!" 💦

[Cut to: Main Lab Area – Tails the Fox, visiting on a tech exchange, pokes through one of Penny's half-assembled mechas.]

Tails:
"Huh... these schematics are wild. Jet-powered twerking stabilizers? What's this button do—"

Penny (bursting in):
"DON'T TOUCH THAT!!" 😳
(she leaps over a crate, lands, and her butt does a perfect wiggle-jiggle right as her boots hit the floor.)

Tails (blinking, flustered):
"U-Uhh... W-What's with the new outfit, Penny?"
(his eyes accidentally lower just a bit...)

Penny:
(turning red, swaying a little on her feet)
"I-It's for SCIENCE!! It, um... it shows off my lower kinetic storage module!"
(she spins in place, heart cut-out flashing boldly with every bounce)
"See? It's vital for... uh... aerodynamics. And cuteness metrics." 😖💗

Tails (scratching his cheek, flustered but smiling):
"Well, I, uh... I think the module looks... r-really efficient. Y-yeah. Very... compact."

Penny:
(covers her face with her gloves)
"Waaaahhh~! You noticed! You totally noticed my butt!!" 🥺

Tails (grinning now):
"Well you did program it to glow pink when I stare at it."

Penny:
"Wait wha—!!"
(looks down... and sure enough, her heart-shaped cut-out is glowing hot pink)
"WAAAHHH!!! Stupid over-sensitive butt sensor!!!" 😫🍑💥

Tails (laughing gently):
"Hey hey, I think it's adorable. You look really cute, Penny." 🧡

Penny:
(melts, wiggling slightly)
"...D-Do you mean that?" 🥺

Tails:
"I mean... I might've been checking it out the whole time."
(he says it boldly this time, eyes twinkling)

Penny:
"Eeee~!! Don't say it out loud, you evil fluffy genius~!"
(she hugs him from behind, her soft peachy cheeks pressing right into his back)
"M-My experiment is a success, then..."

[Scene fades with the lab door slowly closing... and Penny whispering:]

Penny:
"If you liked that... wait 'til you see the butt booster upgrade I made for snuggles..." 💖💣
