"Push me" I whined swinging my legs back and fourth on the swings.
"Why" ashton said jogging up behind me.
"Well because i want it to go higher." I laughed.
"Fine but I'm next on the swings" ashton said pushing me higher and higher into the sky.
"Reminds me of a kid" I spoke up.
"What does?" He asked.
"This not having a care in the world...doing things the way you want to do then without any rules." I said.
"Yeah it does" ashton spoke warmly.
"My go now"ashton laughed pushing me off.
"Ouch" I giggled landing face first into a pile of dirt/bark.
"Sorry mads" Ashton said almost kicking me in the head with his foot.
"It's okay" I smiled pulling myself up off of the ground rubbing myself down. Bits of bark flying off.
"So what now" ashton yelled jumping off of the swing.
"I thought you wanted ago" I said gesturing back to the swing
"You where on it for like 2 seconds, you pushed me off for no reason" I fake cried.
"I thought you were strong, get over it"Ashton cooed pinching my cheek
"Get off, I am" I snorted swatting his hand away.
"Well...what now" I asked scratching my head.
" I don't know we've done like everything. Ice cream!" Ashton shouted.
"Ice cream?" I am so confused.
"Yeah...we need to get ice cream" ashton tutted as if disgusted that I hadn't Already know that.
"Okay then come on" I said grabbing his hand and running towards the ice cream van.
( at the ice cream van )
" can I have a chocolate chip ice cream please" I said peering over the desk.
"you sure can,
what about your boyfriend over here?" He spoke pointing the ice cream scooper to ashton...wait what? Boyfriend?
"Ugh we arnt..." I started
"One mint choc chip for me" ashton butted in squeezing my hand...now I know why he thought we were together because we were holding hands. How typical. To be honest I forgot we were even holding hands.
" 2 pounds please" the ice cream man said and before I even reached in my pocket ashton already lent forward and handed him the money.
"Why did you do that" I questioned looking into his beautiful hazel eyes.
"Why not, besides its rude to make your date pay" Ashton winked.
"Date?" I asked.
"Yeah I asked if you wanted to go out and you said yes...date" he smirked.
"Okay what ever" I rolled my eyes as we started walking away.
"You love me really though" he said bugging my shoulder.
"Only for free ice cream" I laughed.
The rest of that evening just involved lauding and talking and me falling over but apart from that I would say are 'date' went Well
( back home )
Right now me, Ashton and my dad where sitting at the dining room table eating his homemade stew or something.
"So ashton how old are you" my dad asked...here we go the round of 20 questions.
"18 sir" ashton said swallowing the food in his mouth.
" I see a year older than my Maddie" my dad spoke.
" I am right here" I said to him waving my arms around causing ashton to laugh a little.
"Have you had any girlfriends before" my dad smirked.wow dad...just wow
"Yes ive had one but she cheated on me I don't really like to talk about it sorry sir" ashton said looking embarrassed. If I'm still friends with ashton by the end of this his I thank god and pray to the heavens above.
"I'm sorry to here that ashton. Please call me Robert" my dad smiled warmly. Looks like ashton past my dads test.
"Okay then we'll I better be going now Robert." Ashton said getting of his seat and walking to the door.
"Wait I'll let you out its locked" I smiled squeezing past ashton and to the door rummaging around for the keys.
" so Maddie your dads...different" Ashton said.
"Yeah he's an embarrassment" I said pulling the door keys out of my coat pocket which was hung in the wall.
"Nah I like him. He's a cool different" Ashton smiled.
"Uh okay then" I said turning the key in the door before opening it.
" well I guess I'll see you later" Ashton said hugging me. I gladly hugged him back.
"Yeah" I whispered into his chest before letting go.
"See Ya" Ashton said walking out of the door.
"Bye" I smiled closing the door.
It may sound creepy but I want all my nights to end with me in Ashton's arms.
