Bittersweet to say that this is the final chapter of Clarity, followed by an Epilogue. After the Epilogue I will post a special 'thank you' chapter and that will be the end of Clarity.

When I arrived at my grandmothers I honestly didn't know what to expect. I was covered in Cinna's blood- her body I left to rot in that torn down warehouse- my brother now knew of my being and I somewhat fell at peace in terms of my relationship with my mother. I raised my fist to knock on the door but before my knuckles collided with the wood, the door swung open.

Zayn stood wide eyed, looking at me from head to toe before pulling me in for a bone crushing hug.

"I thought something had happened to you." He whispered in my ear, his voice cracking.

I grabbed his face in my hands, watching as his eyes pooled with tears. I kissed him on both cheeks, "I'm fine babe. Look at me, I'm fine."

"That's her blood?" He asked, referring 'her' to Cinna.

"Yep." I answered, stepping into the house. He left the topic at that and I was grateful. I locked that memory away and I don't intend on bringing that side of me out ever again. I was ruthless- and not scared to admit that I enjoyed every second of it.

When I scanned the living room I immediately noticed my grandmother and how much more alive she looked. They must have finished the spell with Avalon while I was on the way back- rejuvenating her back to the way she was.

"Nani" Mason came out of the kitchen, my mom following suit and giving me a small smile as she did. "can we talk?"

Nervous and anxious is an understatement. I wouldn't be surprised if he yelled in my face calling me a monster. Then again if that was his intention he would've done it already, not seeming as calm as he currently was.

I walk to the kitchen, feeling every eye in the room on me as I do.

"Mason, I-"

"Nani. Before you say anything just hear me out. I don't care that you're a vampire. I don't care that your boyfriend or friends are vampires. I'm not interested in hearing why you decided to be one. I'm not going to make you explain yourself. But in the end you're still my sister. I will always love you like my sister. Because you are my sister Nani."

I looked down at the floor and played with my fingers. Trying to keep the tears pooling in my eyes at bay. The words that formulate out of my brothers mouth catching me off guard.

"I'm not mad at you. Mom told me everything that happened with her, Avalon, our bloodline, everything. Just don't carry this burden with you okay?"

I sniffled, wiping the tears off my face and nodded. Mason wrapped his arms around me, hugging me tightly.

"Whatever you decide to do, I'm with you to the end of the line." (A/N: yes I did just quote Captain America no regrets.)

I softly nodded as he let go, Cassidy appearing in the archway.

"It's your mom. She wants to have a word."

"Does the whole United States of America wanna have a fucking word with me today?"

"She says its urgent." Cassidy said ignoring my comment.

"Yeah yeah yeah you and my brother are now allowed to have your romantic moment together." I said leaving the two love birds by themselves.
