One day you'll pack up and take your love with you,
A suitcase filled with laughter, whispers soft and dear.
Each moment shared a treasure, now lost in the blue,
As shadows start to linger and shadows draw near.
In corners of this room, your laughter still plays,
I see you in each sunset, the glow of daydreams past.
The echos of your footsteps, where memories stay,
A haunting song of heartache, in spaces vast.
Yet as the stars keep shining, my heart will hold you close,
In dreams I'll find your smile, beneath the moons embrace.
Though time may steal your presence, its warmth I'll cherish most,
For love, through far and fleeting, will always leave a trace.

Words Best Left Unsaid
PoetryLet's be honest. Some words are better left unsaid, these..these are my words that shouldn't have been said. Some of these I know are not perfect, but they are mine. My thoughts and pain I have been though, I will not apologize for speaking my truth...
