Mikaela started coming over to play with the kids every once in a while. He even started warming up a little more than before.

Sora was sitting peacefully on a couch in the castle with Ferid seated not far from her on the same couch. Two other Progenitors were there, but she knew not their names, just that they were the 8th and 9th progenitors.

She crossed her arms and threw one leg over the other. Her cape sat under her, and the room was silent. Krul was taking small sips of blood from a wine glass, not a word slipped between her silky pink lips. No progenitor present had the balls to disrupt Krul. Sora would, but she hardly had the motivation to do so.

After ten minutes of silence, Krul set the glass down, empty.

"We're going back up to reclaim territory, and stop the army." She said boredly. The two other Progenitors smiled a bit, while Sora and Ferid rolled their eyes. Being a higher rank, they experienced a bit more than the other two, and have had their fair share of the surface for now.

Nonetheless, Sora nodded. "I'll gather troops." Ferid shot her a glance. "My, my. How lucky Krul is to have such an obedient dog at her beck and call! It's like your own personal slave, my lady!" The 7th progenitor flaunted.

As usually collected as she was, Ferid was a parasite. And he pushed her buttons big time. Standing up swiftly, she had him by the neck up against a pillar directly connected to the soft couch.

Krul shot him a glance of what seemed to be warning, and amusement. Sora scoffed once before letting him go.

"I'm done here. Good day Krul, Progenitors, pests." She mumbled the last part, not a doubt in her mind that he heard her.

Turning to exit the large room where they were, the doors butst open with desperate force. A flash of blonde hair whisked past her, and she saw Mikaela greedily nipping into Krul's forearm.

Ferid was as still as ever, a grin plastered on his grotesque face. The other two progenitors were shocked.

Sora glanced back at the scene before leaving. He looked like a rabid animal who hadn't eaten in weeks. She scoffed and walked off. It wasn't something she enjoyed looking at, to see her friend in such a sorry state.

She'd gotten at least a hundred vampires around, waiting for her order in the plaza. She gave a small smile and nodded. The progenitors assigned to this mission were there as well. Her, Ferid, Crowley, and the 8th and 9th. There was hardly a chance they'd lose now.

Among the ranks was Mikaela as well. Sora sighed as she watched the others mill about and gather things. Sitting on a bench with the salty young male, she grinned. He gave her a warmer stare.

"Don't...get caught out there, you got it?" He said quietly. Sora nodded. "Same to you. I expect your dumb ass back and alive." The blonde grinned at this. Sora relished in the fact that he was warming up to her.

Standing up, she put a hand on her hip. "Alright, let's move out!"
