Beach Day in Melbourne (luke brooks)

Chapter 8

Destiny's POV

It took a while for us to get settled into our rooms and unpack, but after we were done we all sat down in the living room and turned on the TV.

"Guys. We have a pretty nice house,considering the fact that we are only 18." Abby says, still gawking at the sight of the house we were able to buy ourselves.

The ceiling of the two story house was high,and the living room had a nice view of the beach and the horizon. Our living room was nice and cozy and we even had a fireplace for those cold rainy days. The kitchen and bathroom were located on the first floor of our house, we had our own big fridge that had more than enough space for Diana's tubs of icecream. There was also a stove and dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space for snacks. Our bathroom was pretty spacious and it had the basic things, a toilet and a sink; one of the nice things to mention would be that it had both a bathtub and a shower stall, occupying most of the wall near the door was a huge mirror including nice light bulbs around it. I could tell we will all be able to fit in here and get ready together, hahhhhh, life's gonna be nice. To shorten the description, our backyard was huge and had grass all around it....maybe we can get a puppy!!! Ahem. I mean other than that it would be nice for a barbecue with friends. Lastly, the front yard was pretty spacious and we can see the ocean from where we live and the way to get down to where we park is down the stairs which is only I would say maybe 20?? I don't really know but it would probably be dangerous if we were to be drunk and walking upstairs. And that concludes the long description of our house.

Abby's POV

••ten am February 26••

"I'm gonna head to the store." I say, to no one in particular, considering that destiny and diana are in the same room as me physically but in another world mentally. I shrug my shoulders and walk out the door.

I remember seeing a store here when we were driving. I'm just gonna stop by and pick up a few things. I mean we can't survive off of icecream for life...or maybe we can but it just isn't healthy at all.

I walk into the supermarket with my cart thingy and go straight towards the vegetable section to at least look like I'm trying to lie a healthy life. But from there I go towards the cake section to get a few treats for the girls and I.

"Let's get this one!!" I hear a boy scream.

"Why that one?" Asks someone who seems to look exactly like the first guy...ohhh they must be twins.

"Because it looks good." He says in the most obvious tone.

"Why does it matter if it looks good. You shouldn't care unless you want to eat it off the floor when we throw it at him." The other guy states matter of factly.

I stop paying attention to them,as amusing as it was to see people with the same faces arguing with eachother, and just walk up to the lady behind the cashier.

"Can I get those three?" I say to her while pointing at a blue Cookie Monster cupcake for Destiny, a green cupcake with Donatello As a face and a ring, and lastly, a Minnie Mouse cupcake for me.

"Of course." The old women says nicely as she packs them for me.

"Oh and be patient with those guys, I don't think thy can pick a cake to save their life." I mention to the clerk.

"We know them. They are here alone this time but they usually have three more with them and they make a ruckus in our store, kids these days with their jokes and video camera and the tube of you online videos." She replies in her sweet voice but this time she had a hint of curiosity? In her voice. Not even a hint of annoyance, she seemed to be amused by the bickering siblings.

"Well I don't know but I'll be on my way now! Thank you!" I say goodbye and finish my grocery shopping then head home.

What a bunch of weirdos, I mean what did they do to be recognized as a bunch of troublemakers by the staff?
Well that isn't none of my business.🐸☕️

Diana's POV

I wasn't really planning on doing much today. Maybe just have a movie day with Abby and Destiny, but then I remembered that the beach was just down the staircase so why not go have fun?

"Guysssss lets go to the beach we have it right next to us let's go!!" I shout so that they can hear me even though we aren't in the same room.

"I'm down to go." Destiny says.

"Sure. We might as well go tanning." Abby adds on.

"Forget tanning, let's go kick butt in beach volleyball. I mean we did win that tournament why not go show off a little?" I say as I walk upstairs to get my things and change into my bikini.

"I mean I guess." Destiny says before she adds on,"Are you going to invite Daniil?"

"OH YEAHHH." I reply kind of forgetting that he is also in the same city that we are in.

To Daniil ❤️: hey we are going to the beach today. Wanna come?

From Daniil ❤️: yeah but I'll have to be there  little late I'm gonna wrap stuff up for class and I'll be on my way in like 2 hours.

To Daniil ❤️: that's perfect. See you soon then. 😁

After I invited him I continued to pay my things, and 20 minutes later we were ready to go and heading down to the shore.
