Fruit of the poisoned tree

*Mikaelson Mansion,Klaus and Elijah sit opposite each other in the living room as each of them read their own book. Klaus is reading "A Poison Tree" by William Blake, and Elijah is reading one of his mother's grimoires. A dead girl lays on the coffee table, her neck bleeding from puncture wounds in her neck, while they listen to classical music. After a moment, Rebekah enters the room*
Rebekah: What's happening here? Vampire book club?
Klaus: (continues reading) Reading edifies the mind, sister. Isn't that right, Elijah?
Elijah: Yes, that's quite right, Niklaus.
Rebekah: And what's this business?(She gestures to the dead girl on the table)
Elijah: This is a... (He gestures as though he's searching for a word) ...peace offering.
Klaus: (sighs) For when I tried to dagger him, I remembered that i haven't apologized so I brought the girl.
Elijah: (annoyed) And I explained to my little brother that forgiveness cannot be bought. I'd simply prefer to see a change in behavior that indicates contrition and personal growth.(Klaus rolls his eyes guiltily, and Elijah gestures to the girl on the table)
Elijah: Not this nonsense.
Klaus: (grins)Well, I couldn't very well let her go to waste, could I?
Rebekah: (annoyed)Well, I suppose I'll go fetch the rubbish bin, because she's staining a two hundred-year-old carpet.(Elijah looks up from his book to see the girl bleeding out onto the table, where the blood drips onto the floor)
Elijah: Ah, yes. (Kol then rushes down into the living room)
Kol: Oh! A snack!(he grabs the dead girl and rushes away)
Klaus: Well I see that takes care of that.
Jeremy:(he walks down stairs and into the living room) where's Aria?
Elijah: she left with Katherine to buy some food.
Jeremy: Damn, I was going to ask her to get me some sodas.
Aria:(she walks in) Don't worry I did.
Katherine: We are back!
Jeremy: Yes!(he walks towards her and grabs the sodas) thanks.
Aria:Of course, I know you also need food.(she walks towards the kitchen as Jeremy walks away and Katherine sits next to Elijah and gives him a quick kiss as she lays her hand on his shoulder. Meanwhile,In voiceover, Klaus recites "A Poison Tree" by William Blake)
Klaus: (narration)I was angry with my friend: (Klaus looks at Elijah) I told my wrath, my wrath did end. I was angry with my foe: (In the French Quarter, Marcel walks into the Palace Royale Hotel, looking for Klaus) I told it not, my wrath did grow. And I watered it in fears, (Cami brings flowers to her brother's grave, only to find that someone spray-painted "MURDERER" in red paint across his gravestone)Night and morning with my tears; And I sunned it with smiles, (Father Kieran pulls wooden boards off of the windows of St. Anne's Catholic Church, and waves to a group of men standing outside the door to come in)And with soft deceitful wiles. And it grew both day and night,(Klaus looks over at Elijah and Katherine, and then to Hayley as she walks through the room and into the kitchen, her hand resting on her pregnant belly) 'Til it bore an apple bright. And my foe beheld it shine. And he knew that it was mine. And into my garden stole (Klaus watches Hayley walk into the kitchen)When the night had veiled the pole; In the morning glad I see, My foe outstretched beneath the tree.

*In the kitchen, Hayley walks in and stops at the doorway when she sees Aria using her magic to put away the food she just bought. Aria then turns around and sees Hayley*
Aria: Oh hey, you're hungry? (Hayley nods as she walks towards her) me and Kat just got some food.(She claps her hands together) So what do you want for breakfast? (She grabs an apron and puts it on)
Hayley: Oh you're cooking me breakfast?
Aria: of course and unlike Elena and possibly Katherine, I can cook.
Katherine:(yells from the living room) excuse you! But I can cook!
Aria:(she chuckles as she whispers) that's what she says but the kitchen she burned last time says otherwise.
Katherine:(yells) I heard that! (Hayley and Aria laugh)
Hayley:Hm...(she sits down) just some cereal.
Aria:No,No that's not all you're eating, the babies inside you are part wolves too. Which means they need some meat. (She takes out the eggs and bacon)I'll cook you some eggs and bacon. I'll also make some pancakes.
Hayley: you don't to do that, I can cook it myself...(she gets up but Aria rushes towards her and makes her sit back down)
Aria:Oh no, you sit and rest, I'll make the food for you. (She snaps her fingers and the ingredients that she needs to make some pancakes float out of the cabinet and they start preparing themselves as Aria cooks the eggs and bacon. At the same time, Rebekah enters through the back door, dragging a trashcan behind her)
Rebekah:(she notices the floating ingredients)I see that someone missed using her magic.
Aria:Ever since me and Davina are kinda friends, she has allowed me to use magic. I have been practicing new tricks and spells. (She notices that she was carrying a trash can) What's with the trash can?
Rebekah: Well Klaus and Elijah decided to leave a dead girl dripping blood all over a very expensive carpet.
Aria:Oh I can get that for you.(she waves her hand) there you go. Now where are the plates?
Rebekah:(she takes off her gloves and starts digging around in a cupboard)here they are. (Aria grabs the plate and places the eggs,bacon and two pancakes on the plate and then takes towards Hayley)
Aria: here you go,(she then hands her a fork and knife) and what do you want to drink? Milk or orange juice?
Hayley: I don't think we have milk so...(Rebekah pulls out the milk) oh.
Aria: It's alright, I'll pour you some milk.(she places a cup of milk on the table as Hayley starts eating) so how is it?
Hayley:Hmm...it's delicious, thank you.
Aria: Of course. (She takes off the apron and then opens another fridge to take out a blood bag, she then looks at Rebekah) You want one?
Rebekah:I perfect mine fresh.
Aria:(she puts the blood bag back) we can go out together, I know a perfect place to eat. But first I need to get some spells I can give to Davina.
Elijah: (he walks in) I might have the perfect spell you can give her.
Aria: Thanks. (She then looks at Hayley who has finished eating and notices the worried look she has) are you ok? Is something wrong?
Hayley: No,No, it's just...my life is still magically linked to Sophie Deveraux, which is not comforting.
Elijah: Yes, I think it's time we took care of that little problem.
Aria: exactly and now that I can freely use my magic...(she takes out a necklace) I made a stronger necklace for you. If I may,(Hayley nods as she holds up her hair and Aria puts the necklace on her)
Elijah: should I call for a family meeting?
Aria: Yes, in the living room but in a few minutes,Because right now, me and Rebekah are going out for a quick bite.(Rebekah smiles as both her and Aria zoom off)
