Vine

Shawn's POV~

Weeks have passed and the vine that i did with my beautiful girlfriend Claire became a hit! Im so excited to tell Claire the news!!

"Claire!" i called from my room

"Kitchen!" she replied yelling

I ran into the kitchen and saw her washing the dishes that i used and grabbed her by her waist and picked her up and placed her on the counter table.

"Why so happy Mr Mendes?" she laughed

"You know the six second video we made on vine singing? People liked it!!!" i cheered picking her up and kissing her lips

"Wow! Congrats Shawn!"

"And they asked if i wanted a record deal! I said yes of course!"

"What? That is amazing Shawn!!" she kissed my forehead

"Thank you! Im writting a song called I dont even know your name, i got it when we were in grade school and i thought you were beautiful but i was too shy to ask for your name. Wanna help?"

"Sure thing!" she squealed

We both ran up into my room and started finishing the song. I asked her to sing it with me, she smiled and nodded.

Oh,you waited so long. Sometimes its hard to stand out. And you dont have to do anything else but be yourself, ohh whoa-oh. And you,you dressed up so nice but all i could see was your eyes. Then the crowd came and pulled you away and then you were gone. Ooh yeeaahh!! And i dont even know your name all i remember is that smile on your face.....

"The song is so beautiful,Shawn!" she kissed me and hugged me tighly as i picked her up and swung her. "So when are you gonna give it to them?"

"Tomorrow, would you please come with me?"

"Sure thing babyboy"

*Next day*

I changed into my blue flannel and black jeans while Claire changed into a red flannel and white high waisted jeans and a hair bun.

"Ready princess?"

"Yes my prince"

We got out of the house and Claire spoke

"Can we invite Sammy?"

"Sure."

She called Sammy and told him everything he needed to know and we both walked to the bus stop while we held hands and some teenage girls ran towards me.

"Hey,Shawn i love your voice!"
"can we take a picture?"
"Could i have your autograph?"
"im a big fan!!"
"your so cute!"

After i did everything they wanted i thanked them for their support and turned to face Claire and saw her stting on the bench staring and laughing at me

"What?" i asked in a kids voice

"Nothing. The bus is here! Lets go!"

We hoped into the bus and sat down and just held hands

"Were here!" i sang after many stops

"Lets go!!" she squealed and ran out

We saw Sammy waiting outside the building

"Wow your early!"Claire said running to him and giving him a hug

"How could i not? You seemed pretty excited on the phone."

"Ok, now lets goooo!!!" she ran inside the building grabbing Sammy's and i hands.

"Shawn Mendes your here! Lets go!" my manager demanded as he pulled me away from Claire and Sammy.

"Well thats a bummer." i heard Claire frowning while i was walking into the office

I sat down and waited for him to speak

"So Mendes many Teenage girls like your voice and wants more. Did you finish writting the song?"

"Yes,Sir. I have" i handed him the paper and waited for a response while he read it

"I love it! Now lets record it then publish it."

We both got out of the office and i saw Sammy and Claire taking funny selfies and playing around

I got into the room and waited for his instructions and started singing.

After singing i got went outside of the recording room as my manager called me.

"That was fantastic! You just have to write one more song within a week and maybe if your fans like it, you'll be able to go on tour."

"On tour? Yes!! Thank you soso much!" after that i left the room and ran towards those two bestfriends

"Look who's here!!" Claire cheered "How was it?"

"It is amazing! I just need to write a new song within a week and maybe i could go on tour!"

"Thats awesome dude!" Sammy gave me a pat on the shoulder

"Shawn i need to tell you something..." claire says in a serious tone.
