POV:

Heeseung stared at him, unable to form a single word. The same voice. The same face. The same way of looking at him.

His heart began to beat again.

For... someone else.

Someone who looked like his prince.

"Are you Heli?" Sunghoon asked softly.

"No, I'm not," Heeseung denied quickly, and Sunghoon pouted.

Heeseung's gaze fell on his lips, lingering there.

"I thought it was you," Sunghoon said quietly. "Because my face looks like that prince. And you... you want to kill me? That caretaker told us you hated the prince-that you betrayed him."

Heeseung's fists clenched tightly.

In a sudden motion, he grabbed Sunghoon's hand, yanking him closer before slamming him against the locker. He pinned both of Sunghoon's hands above his head.

Their eyes met-Sunghoon's wide with shock, Heeseung's burning with rage.

"I never betrayed him," Heeseung growled.

Sunghoon's chest tightened with an ache he didn't understand.

"He was the one who betrayed me!" Heeseung's voice cracked with fury. "Do you know why I want to kill you? Because your face looks like his! Your personality doesn't match, but your voice... your voice does! Every time you speak, you remind me of him! Do you know how much I loved him?! But guess what? He never loved me. Instead... he loved my brother!"

Heeseung's grip tightened as Sunghoon struggled, desperate to break free.

"Heeseung... you're hurting me," Sunghoon whispered, tears streaming down his cheeks.

The sight froze Heeseung. His breath hitched, his grip loosening unconsciously.

His eyes softened, the red glow fading with every tear that fell from Sunghoon's eyes. His anger wavered, replaced by something fragile-something he couldn't name.

"...Sunghoon," Heeseung murmured, his voice trembling now. "I didn't mean..."

Heeseung's chest tightened as Sunghoon's tears fell one after another. His fury wavered, shattering into pieces he could no longer hold together.

Before Sunghoon could pull away, Heeseung released his wrists and pulled him into his arms, pressing him tightly against his chest.

Sunghoon froze in surprise, his body stiff at first. Heeseung's grip was trembling-desperate, almost broken-as if letting go would destroy him completely.

"I'm sorry..." Heeseung whispered into his hair, his voice rough and low. "I don't want to hurt you. I just... I don't know how to stop this pain."

Sunghoon's heart pounded in his chest, the ache from earlier mixing with a warmth he didn't understand. He hesitated, then slowly raised his arms, clutching the back of Heeseung's shirt with shaky hands.

Heeseung buried his face in the crook of Sunghoon's neck, his breath uneven. "You're not him... I know you're not him. But when I see you, when I hear you... it feels like I'm losing him all over again."

Sunghoon's eyes stung as fresh tears slipped down. He didn't fully understand Heeseung's pain, but in that moment, he felt its weight-raw and unbearable.

The hallway was silent except for the sound of their breaths, the quiet sob Heeseung tried to hold back, and the steady beating of two hearts pressed together.

Jake other side standing watching heeseung and sunghoon together.

Jake turned his back and look down.

"Maybe...maybe they are together " Jake whispered and walking away from them with heavy heart.

Without knowing

Sunghoon already saw him silently.

Sunghoon's pov:

Sunghoon slowly pushed heeseung, sunghoon look at him.

" is your brother perhaps Jake you are talking?" Heeseung clench his fist.

" no" heeseung said and then he look at him again.

" my brother already died that night, and Jake just human and nothing else" heeseung said and sunghoon nodded.

Heeseung about to leave when Sunghoon hold his hand.

" I'm sorry..." sunghoon whispered.

"Can we become friends?"
