Birth of an Army.

Now both Red & Silver hatch-lings were hatched..Male & female.

Dis brought in raw chicken meat..Both dragos jumped at the food and both protected their piece as if they're kill.

"What are we going to do with these two?" Dis asked as her small framed body jumped up onto my bed, sending Thorin closer to me.

"Not at all sure." I will leave you for a time and will be taking Elise with me, along with the dragos." Gandalf said as all three of us looked at him.

"No, I think not." She is needed here." Thorin said getting off my bed and not looking too happy about the situation at all.

"Boy! Who are you to say No." I go to find out about these hatch-lings." Galadriel will know more about them." Gandalf said as he pointed his staff at Thorin.

I watched as Thorin backed down from Gandalf..Not wanting to...but did.

"Very well, I'll go see to it that Balin forges two chains and collars, we do not want to loose these two before we know more about them." Gandalf said about to leave my room.

"I will be going as well." Thorin said after being bested by the wizard.

"You Thorin are in no shape to travel, besides you are needed here." Gandalf said.

"Yes my King, your female suitors will soon be arriving and expecting to see the King under the mountain." I said feeling humorous..And the look on Thorin's face was priceless..(Murder).

"Elise will be in great hands I can assure you Thorin." Gandalf said.

"As long as it is not in the hands of the Elf king." Come wizard lets go see Balin about your collars." Thorin said leaving the room with Gandalf.

Dis stayed looking at my large closed door long after the two men left. Before speaking.

"Am I missing something here?" Dis asked looking at me.

"No, not that I know of..Why?" I asked as she rubbed her temples as if having a headache.

"I could have swore my brother just sounded jealous." Dis said.

"Of what? Me?" I think not." Thorin has been through a lot and now being hurt badly." Lord how I welcome the trip I will be taking with Gandalf." I said lying, I truly did not want to leave the safety of the castle...and Thorin.

"Elise, you..you have fallen for my brother..Tell me that you haven't." Dis said.

"What, no." I mean I do care for Thorin, he is all I have." I see him as my protector and nothing more." I said lying once again...and this time was a big lie.

"Sure." Now get some rest, I'm sure the wizard will want to leave early." Dis said leaving my room as well.

{ Following Morning }

Took both baby dragons before Gandalf, after I was dressed for a trip to where ever the hell. Both babies on my shoulders as I entered the grand hall.

Balin slid the shackles before me..I stared down at the crude made shackles and not wanting to put them on the dragons..

Thorin entered..

"Elise it has to be done, those two are entering a world unknown to them.." It is for their own protection." Gandalf said as I looked to each baby as they looked at the shackles..

"And what of Elise's protection..Gandalf?" Thorin asked as he crossed his arms..

"Are you stating I can not protect Elise, Thorin?" You know better than anyone that I can protect the girl." Gandalf said.

"So you are afraid they would escape me...they had their chance last night when we all slept." I said as I let Balin clasp a shackle on each of the dragons.

"Not all of us slept." Thorin said as he walked over to the food table and got a goblet of drink.

I wasn't sure his meaning..was it because two dragons were under the same roof as he was...or was it because I was under the same roof as he?

Both dragons fought the shackles as if a new puppy with it's first time on a chain..To be expected.

"Your horses are ready." Dwalin said as he entered the room..

"Then we are ready..Come Elise let's be off." Gandalf said as he turned to leave.

"A word Gandalf." Thorin said without looking at me as he passed me to leave the room..Gandalf looked at me before following Thorin.

Moments later Gandalf had returned, we were off to the kingdom of Elves.

Thorin was no where around to see us off.
