"Wait!" said Mike. "I promise there was a decontamination and her blood was mixed
with someone else's. The results will say negative and you wont get the
correct results because it will be someone else's blood sample that's not the baby's."
"Okay. Why didn't you just say that on the phone?" said Dr. Harrison.
"Because I was trying to say it quickly so she didn't open it and think it was the other person that...wasn't... supposed to... be... because... it would be negative?"
"Okay. Okay. Just go take the sample again. This time get it right."

Mike finished the test results the way Tim wanted it. So it was Ty's baby,
and not Chad's. He finished up and delivered them
to Amy himself. After he left, he called Tim and told him the test results were
given. He figured he would just leave the mess up part to himself.

Amy was so urging to open the envelope. It has been two days and she still doesn't know
who's baby she's caring.
She opened the envelope and sighed with relief when she saw it was negative.
She could have found that out with the other one because it still wouldn't have been Chad's.
Whether it was the random guy the blood sample got mixed in with or Ty's, it wasn't Chad's.
