Cassadee Swan was known as the more outgoing of the Swan twins, she wasn't afraid to speak her mind and sure as hell didn't care what others thought of her. The most obvious quality the eighteen year old had was the fact that she was fiercely protective of her family; she would literally go to the ends of the earth for those that she cared about. She didn't mind dying, especially if it meant saving her family's life.

When Cassadee first moved to Forks, she didn't expect anything interesting to happen. Honestly, all she wanted to do was get an education and spend time with her father; she was more than happy to do just that before leaving for college. But fate works in mysterious ways, Cassadee and her twin sister, Bella, were dragged into the world of vampires and werewolves when they became involved with the Cullen family not long after arriving and with that came the good and the bad. Turning into a vampire was considered the bad in Cassadee's mind.

Cassadee thought being a vampire was the worst of it all. Although she wasn't technically a vampire, she was an extremely rare creature that could literally put an end to the supernatural world, and it would be if she were to die. After finding out what she really was, Cassadee wished bloodlust was the most of her problems.
