Chapter Sixteen
You know how things just happen? You wouldn't know what the reason might be or why it happened but it just does. And for one moment you start to think: Is my life supposed to turn out this way?
Because truthfully, I never intended for anything to happen this way. I wasn't expecting that Ron would cheat.
I never expected my best friends turn out to be sluts.
And more importantly I never expected anything from anyone. At least not anything horrible.
"Loui? Are you still with me?" Parker snapped his fingers in front of my face.
I shook my head, as if the bad thoughts and memories would be shaken away with it.
It didn't though.
"What? Oh uh. Yeah. What?"
Parker smiled, clearly amused, "I said there's a note taped on your binder. Should we read it?"
With the mention of yet another note, my eyes immediately darted as to where my binder was. Which was placed on top of my study table.
"Oh uh. I think that's just from Harley. No worries. I'll read it later." I tried to hide the nervousness in my voice.
He raised his eyebrow, and looked at me skeptically,
Shit.
He knows I'm lying.
A few moments of silence later, he finally said okay. He also said that I should go downstairs and call for pizza while he waits at my room because he wanted to watch some Football.
I rolled my eyes at his laziness. He kissed my cheek. "Thanks love."
"Ew." I said, as I tried to wipe the germs of his lips from my cheeks. He just smiled and shook his head. "You're so weird Louise."
"But you love meeee." I stuck my tongue out at him.
"Go call for pizza! I'm hungry!" He pouted pushing me away toward the door.
"Fine fine, I'll leave, god you're so pushy. Like literally."
He chuckled and said, "Run FORREST, ruuuun!"
Parker's POV
As soon as I heard Louise running down the stairs I quickly went over to her binder and read the note.
The way she looked when I mentioned the paper, it was as if she had seen a ghost.
I knew she was hiding something from me, ever since she told me about Bob, she's been acting really really strange and I don't know what's wrong with her.
I thought she was just acting weird around me because I was-am the only person who knows about her and why she wanted to be called Louise.
And seeing her going pale and trying to lie about the note just made me all the curious as to what was written on it and why she acted the way she's been acting the past two weeks.
I've been watching you my sweet Natalie. We will finally have our time soon my love. Wait for me will 'ya?
PS- I know who and what Parker is. Get ready.
