Chapter Twenty Seven

"So, this is it eh?" Will asked with the saddest smile I've ever seen.

"Yeah, I guess, we talked about this right?"

He sighed, looking down. "I know, but I just hate the fact that you're leaving."

"Hey, it's okay. We're going to be okay, Will. Trust me. We'll see each other in a few months, okay?" I caressed his cheek, he looked up staring into my eyes.

Green eyes and British guys are always so magical. "You'll call me, okay? No boys, no parties without your brothers, no drinking without your brothers, no boys."

I chuckled, "Yes, I get it, no boys."

He kissed my forehead, "I'm going to miss you so much, Loui. I wish you didn't have to leave, love."

After months of being with Will, my heart still skips a beat whenever he calls me love.

Again, British guys are so magical.

"I'm going to miss you too. But we'll call each other everyday okay and skype too. No girls, no—"

"Yes love, I know the drill. Besides, the only girl I want and need will be a thousand miles away in a few minutes." He looks down sadly.

"Will, please stop pouting. I'm seriously thinking about ditching this trip, I don't want to see mother anyway, it's a stupid idea." I murmured the last part because my dad and Parker might hear me.

He chuckled shaking his head, "No love, it's okay. I'm sorry I just don't think I'd survive a day without seeing you, much less months. Several months." He sighed.

"Hey love birds, I hate to break the two of you up, but we have to go." My dad smiled at Will.

Will sighed, "Of course, sir. Wouldn't want to miss your flight eh?"

My dad chuckled and they shook hands. "Louise will see you soon, yeah?"

"Of course sir." He nodded.

"Bid your last goodbyes, Loui."

Will looked back down on me again, "Bye, love." He kissed my lips longer than my father would have approved, but I loved every second of it.

"Bye, Will." I hugged him one last time before joining my dad. Not looking back.

My phone vibrated.

Will
> Turn around, love.

I turned around, and I saw Will blowing his kiss in the air. I pretended to catch it, kissed my knuckles and threw the kiss back at him.

He chuckled, and I turned around again.

Will
> I miss you already, love 😭

Louise
> Don't cry now, I'll see you soon, okay? 😉

Will
> It better be soon 😠

Louise
> I miss you too 😏😭

Will
> Of course you will, I mean look at me. 😝

Louise
> Getting cocky now are we?

Will
> Do you seriously want to talk about cocks again? 😏

Louise
> Oh my gosh! Stop it, Will 😂
> I have to go, I'll text you when we land 😘

We arrived at mother's farm house 2 hours after we landed at the airport.

Farm house, what a joke, a cheater— I mean, a woman like her can have anything she wants, why a fucking ranch house in the middle of nowhere? This is so stupid. Everything about this place is stupid and I haven't even entered her house.

She was waiting for us, and as soon as I got out of the car, she wrapped her hands around me, like I'm still her daughter, like she still cares. She's a great actress though, I'll give her that.

She hugged me, "Natalie! Oh my goodness! Is this really you? You've grown so much, and you're so beautiful now. I can't believe I missed out on you." She was wiping her tears, after she let go of me.

"Hello, mother." I flashed my best fake smile at her. "Long time no see."

I stepped back from her to actually look at her, she's gotten way skinnier, like the kind of skinny that would make you think that she's sick. Her long shiny strawberry blond hair is just above her shoulders, even her hair doesn't look so healthy.

"Momma!" Ashton and Cole yelled as soon as they got off the car. They hugged her, squeezed the life out of her. "We missed you mom." They both kissed each cheek.

"Oh my handsome twins! I missed you guys too! Where's Martin?"

"Oh, he's helping dad with the luggage along with Parker." Ashton answered flashing his 100 dollar smile.

"Well, why don't we all go inside and eat lunch. I made all your favorites."

Martin sighed as he carried my huge suitcases. "Jeez Loui what the hell did you put in these bags anyway?"

I shrugged, "I told you I don't pack light, all my clothes are in there."

He groaned, rolling his eyes. "You brought your whole goddamn closet here?"

"Of course I did!" I smiled. "Plus, you really need to work out those arms."

Martin sighed and looked back at Parker picking up the last two bags from the trunk. "Yo Parker! Hurry the hell up, man."

I actually forgot about Parker being here. But then again, I was too busy sleeping in the plane and sleeping in the car.

"Go ahead Martin, I'll catch up!" Parker yelled.

Martin huffed and went inside the house.

I was debating whether I would help Parker with the bags or not, but then again, half of the bags he's about to carry are mine.

I might as well be civil with him here, we're both mature, plus, we were never together in the first place. I guess it's fine.

Before I realized it, I was face to face with Parker himself. "Hey Loui, you've been standing in front of me for three minutes now." He chuckled.

"Oh hey, do you need help with those bags?"

He shook his head, "Nah, it's fine, go on inside. I can handle these. You know how macho I am right?"

I rolled my eyes at him. "Oh yeah. Totally."

He laughed.

This is going to be one hell of a summer.
